Performs wonderful on the ASRock P67 Extreme4 LGA 1155 with the Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge. I installed 16gb of this Ɣ sticks) and functions perfectly. Missed the 15% off deal by 1-day. Hoping Newegg helps me out there. Newegg did a excellent job shipping and packing. UPS got it right here when they said despite the weather.

Quickly, flexible timing, headroom, warranty, and fantastic help from their techs and consumer service. None encountered. This memory delivers for my LGA 1156 what an additional competitor memory couldn't and at a competitive cost. I did not purchase the memory at Newegg and seasoned a shipping experience much less than the superior shipping, tracking, status..etc that Newegg gives. Will go with Newegg going forward.

The RAM performs as noted in the Specifications. 1 of the DIMMs reported dozens of errors through testing. Had to RMA it for a new 1. Would nonetheless get RAM from this Manufacturer but was surely disappointed to come across that a single of the DIMMs was problematic.

I built a program making use of the DFI P55-T36 mini-ITX motherboard, which supports 8GB of RAM. I wanted to use 8GB of RAM, and this set of memory was the only one particular I could uncover on newegg that is guaranteed to worked with the Intel P55 chipset on the motherboard I was working with with an Intel i7-860 processor (LGA 1156).As stated in the specifications, this RAM is compatible with Intel LGA 1156 (P55) chipset. It's not for use with non-LGA 1156 platforms. That's the purpose I purchased it.I installed the RAM, and it was recognized with no concerns. It has worked effectively given that. In the BIOS you can set the RAM timings to any supported level you decide on. I chose to run this RAM at default settings, because I didn't get it to overclock. I just wanted RAM that was guaranteed to function with the motherboard and chipset I am employing. The only con is that this RAM is pricey None

This Ram is a great deal for the Dollars, and also, IS compatible with AM3 and quoting Nick from Mushkin Tech Help, "Those actually operate with AM3. We are functioning on altering that “LGA 1156 only” point appropriate now, in fact." None Essentially! Mushkin Tech Assistance is Fast, valuable, and to the point. Emailed them at 11ᛞ AM and got a response and answer to my query by 12ᚼ PM the same day. Will Get Mushkin Once again.

eight GB of ram! 1600mhz. Runs everything really effectively, no difficulties. nothing I am working with these ram sticks with my nforce board and an AMD Phenom II 1090T x6 and it operates fine. I don't know why the description says they won't function on something but LGA 1156 mobos....oh effectively?

Runs great! Performs on my AM3 setup (see Other thoughts). I got these when Newegg had a 15% discount on desktop memory, so at 贍.99 a kit with 15% off, that's 赚.98, along with two ฟ MIR's, it was generally ๞.49 for a 2x4GB kit. Can't go wrong at individuals rates. None AM3 motherboards don't appear to like tightened timings. I'm using the ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 AM3 on my 1090T at 4.2GHz 鴈 x 21). At 1600MHz with my FSB:DRAM at 1Ɉ, I can only get default timings of 9-9-9-24-1T. However, all 16GB's run flawlessly. This was the very same way with my previous memory, which was the G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB ƒ x 4GB) 1600. I moved these over to my i7 950 rig and their timings were the identical on my AM3 rig, but on my i7 950 rig they're 7-8-eight-24-1T at 1520MHz.I suppose if I had been to move these over to my i7 950 and the ASUS P6X58D-E or P6X58D Premium, they'd allow better overclocking and timings.

Cons: I seemed to have trouble clocking it to 1600. But it's at 1533 now perfectly fine. Maybe the error was a fluke or related to my CPU.Also, these ones got pretty hot to the touch.

Pros: Ram works.heatsinks look nice
Comment:
I got this thing about mushkin for some reason. Maybe it's their nice-looking but low profile heatsinks. I have some other silver stuff in my server DDR2 for the past few years.

Pros: Some of the most stable memory you will ever use!

I've always been a avid fan of mushkin memory. Its rock solid, cheap, and attractive. I've been able to push budget friendly kits of mushkin memory farther in almost every area than I have with gaming grade kits from other companies (cough cough hyperX). If your looking for a champ that dosn't break the bank....go mushkin.

Bought this for a really good price, was a bit tricky to install with a Noctua NH-U12P SE2, because I installed the HS before the ram... This is a really good ram kit, 8GB 1600MHz. Users of this ram should take a look in the bios to make sure it's correctly set. Mine was set by default to 1333MHz.

Mushkin brand, great warranty and amazing forum support. as of 2ቫ񳏊, this is becoming offered as a combo kit with an ASUS AMD AM3 motherboard (M4A78T-E). Not on the ASUS QVL for the board, and the Mushkin item page states the similar in regards to the 1156 boards. A friend bought this combo with my oversight and I dropped the ball. I have given myself 1 egg for lack of comprehension.

I bought these to fit underneath the heatsink fan that hangs over the first 2 RAM slots. They are much shorter than the Corsair Vengeance series RAM. They have worked very well and the price was right. Would buy again!
