Plugged them in and they perform, just had to inform my motherboard "Gigabyte X58A-UD3R" to use the XMP settings to get them up to speed. slightly less expensive from Muskin straight, but I wanted to get my complete order from Newegg. Just need to have to get yet another 12GBs to max my board out :P

Top of the line stuff here folks. Overclocks simple and is steady as all get out. I don't do any other memory than Mushkin for this explanation alone. Nice heatsinks on the RAM that preserve the temps down as properly! None that I can feel of.

Seems to be decent memory. I was only capable to drop them into my existing system with no any problems, just required a CMOS reset which I expected. They are operating fine at DDR3 1600 speeds and 9-9-9-24 timings. This is on a Gigabyte EA58-Intense X58 chipset board, obviously running 3 in triple channel. The heatsink clips aren't the strongest, I pushed on one particular whilst installing the memory and it slid about. I won't dock the rating an egg for this, and I did handle to get the clip back to the ideal position. But as a fair warning, when pushing them into the memory slots use some thing else other then that. IMO I wasn't pressing that tricky at all. These had been high-priced, but I in no way place that as a con since I figure if I was willing to pay the value I can't complain. That and I managed to get in with these a bundle with a Blu-ray reader/DVD burner for totally free that they sell for about 贄.00, retail box model also. Considering that I was debating obtaining 1 for 1 of my Computer's that did aid sell the memory to me.

The moment again, Mushkin delivers the goods. I tried one more brand, just because they are large name and since they are a fantastic all round company. Needless to say my RMA became a refund! Picture that.... I've owned Mushkin in the previous and these sticks of RAM have -never-, let me repeat myself, -By no means- failed me. Ever.Now, I understand at times you get undesirable batches, and so forth, and so on, and so on. My opinion of the matter, when you are promoting your flagship branded RAM. I really should under no circumstances have to RMA it.Thanks again Mushkin. You really should try this tag line someday, 'Funny name. Reigns Death Upon The Competition!' Or one thing, ^_^! None. Try it, dear friends. You'll never ever go back!

This is the only set of 4GB DDR3 sticks you will find that are rock stable at 1600Mhz (with decent timings).Mushkin assistance is totally unbeatable; I had an situation and had a call within the day that solved all my complications. Absolutely top rated-notch.As I stated above, rock stable. There's no require flashy cooling that will hit your oversized heatsinks with these sticks.Who doesn't want 12GB of RAM, with the choice for 24GB? Yeah, some folks may well be operating 12GB with 6 sticks, but this set gives you the option to expand down the road with no hassle. Price. one hundred% premium over two 6GB DDR3 kits. I use my laptop or computer for intensive protein structure prediction and bioinformatics study. When doing some incredibly significant calculations, I identified that 6GB just wasn't enough. Rather than having to go back and re-optimize my code, this memory kit lets me just fire away.I'm running an i7 920 񢥘mhz, 200x19) on an eVGA X58 SLI with this memory kit. I can max load the system all day without complaint or concern. Setting the timings to 9-9-9-24-88-1T booted ideal up at 1600Mhz, no troubles. Surely a no-nonsense memory kit.

Aesthetics, performance, price, size. Delivery man waking me up on my day to sleep in. This is honestly the very best RAM I've ever owned. My first acquire was OCZ, under no circumstances once again. My second was G.Skill, which was fine, but there was still a thing missing. Immediately after that I got Mushkin and in no way looked back.Runs at the advertised speeds without a hitch, although I had to manually set the speed/voltage in BIOS (took 30 seconds). It initially identified as 7-7-7-20 / 1066MHz @ 1.5V.

Cons: 1.65V ; PP price not adjusted to account for new sale price.... ;)

Pros: Decent price ; Not a lot of tri-channel kits around ;
Comment:
reasonable price for 3 X 4G sticks. Nothing fancy, and they're 1.65V rather than 1.5V, but without these I'd have had to buy 2 8G kits for aprox. $100.

i have mine running at 1542mhz but at 7-8-7-19 at 1.54v. Also they do fit beside the mushkin ascent so if you have that kit and found out its impossible fit a second set in almost all x58 motherboards, then you could get these and oc them to your ascent mhz and timmings.

I had to manually set the rams to 1.652v h 1600Mhz, but other than that, no problems at all. Having 8GB feels great, no sluttering or the worry of running out of ram space. I also use RAMDisk for temp files, so having more ram for that is useful as well.Other than the general idea, not much to say. It looks good, fits under Corsair A70 just fine, perfect.

Not much to say here, set DDR3-1600 in bios and set timing to 9-9-9-24. Also, running okay at 1.50v. Tighter timing would be nice. Don't know how to overclock the ram yet, but system is operating satisfactory.

Pros: It's Mushkin so you know you're getting quality RAM without having to pay the ridiculous price of other RAM manufacturers.
Comment:
Win 64 bit OS recognized all 24 GB (6 modules). Machine is noticeably faster in all aspects. I probably won't need any RAM for a while but if I do, I'll definitely be looking at Mushkin first. Google the reviews-this RAM beats the more expensive brands in almost every test. Very happy with my purchase.
