This OEM license is great. You buy the same product for half the price. All you have to do is go to their website and download the back up Office executable file. You put in the product key and the page will download the correct file. The only reason I give 3 points for Value is that Open Office is free. I bought this Office because we need it in the company. Thanks |

Purchased 2 of these Medialess kits and I am woeing the day!!! Assembled the computers and tried to download the software as instructed from and was informed that the Product Keys are invalid. After 4 days of back and forth with them and the software maker, the problem is still not resolved. Their answer was for me to pay an additional $9 to order a backup cd from the software maker, which comes with the additional shipping time. We are a business and they have definately effected my job, I should have had all three computers in place 2-3 days ago and I don't even have an estimated time to get them fixed. What if I order the cd and then install it and get the message the Product Key is invalid? Very, very poor support by Tiger!!! Way too much headache to save $10!!!!! |

Some work to get installed as had to uninstall preinstalled Home version but then everything ran perfectly. No complaints or hassles. |

I simply don't like it at all. I got of to a wrong start by having the wrong version installed on the PC I purchased, which is of course not the programs fault, but what I absolutely don't like is all the fancy graphics. It is supposed to be more intuitive but it really isn't, and I have to dig around in the weirdest of places to find functions that used to be readily available in the pull down menu's. I am getting used to it slowly, but I am still wasting a lot of time figuring out how to do things, and I so miss having the option to switch to classic view. |

The product is fine. However having purchased the Small Business Edition and receiving the Home Edition in the computer caused me great frustration and aggravation. It took me 3 hours with one of your techs to f I buy SME thru this site, why doesn't this company install the product? They should arrange with MS to have this done before shipping. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, service is better than most. |

All you need is the original Office 2007 CD, not the trial version you download. The license is best pricing alternative to buying the full packaged office version. |

Not only is Office our workhorse product for its regularly used features, but I have foudn it an immense help for my Father-In-Law. coupled with Windows it allows many configuration settings to make it easier for people who are not as familiar with PCs and software to accomplish what they wish and remain productive in their 80s. People who complain about the size of Office probably do not take advantage of its rich feature set. I love what it does for our business and family. |

When you order this product you will only receive a 1 user license card, you need to go online and download it. Unfortunately that is not very clear on the box, no specific instructions to follow. However good customer support helped me set this up in no time. Ask for Mike. Good luck |

I had no problem getting the card to work but I thought I was getting a disk. I hope I do not have any problems in the future such as having to reinstall or repair. |

Getting just the license so that a download of the software can be done makes it a pain if you run into any problems. It is much easier to just have the software on CDs, and then they are available to reload software or use in updates to the software. |

If your computer already has the trial software loaded it doesn't get any easier than this. If you need to download it is about 410 meg not including the business contact manager. I have had a difficult time ordering the backup disks but that isn't the fault of the product. |

I bought an HP desktop that came with MS Office 2007 home and student.I wanted MS office 2007 Small Business Edition. This store gave me a great price on the upgrade.I tried to load MS office SBE and couldn't get it loaded properly.I took it to my Computer tech and it took him a couple a tries but he got it up and running.To do a data transfer from my old computer and install MS office 2007 SBE he charged me $35 dollars.When you get ready to install MS office2007 SBE you may want to call the store so they can walk you thriough it.I must have done something out of sequence when I tried to load Office.Love the deal they gave me on my new desktop and MS office 2007 SBE. |

i used on a new Windows 7 machine I built and got rid of the basic MS Office I had been running, now we can use the calendar features to schedule appointments and sync with customers.
