Cons: Media keys do not work with VLC, backlight needs an off-switch.

Pros: Wrist rest is very comfortable, keys are crisp and responsive.
Comment:
Got this at a sale price and probably would suggest you wait for the same. It's not terrible, with one of the most comfortable wrist rests of any keyboard I have ever used. The included software seems functional enough, though I don't use enough macros to really test it properly. I like the feel of the keys with the exception of the media keys at the lowest spot on each side, as I sometimes press them accidentally while in game.On the down side I wish there was some way to make the media keys work with players other than what's pre-programmed (obviously Windows Media Player is what they're meant for) and they do not work with VLC. The backlight itself is not too bright, but it shines around the keys and cannot be dimmed or turned off.

Cons: the lights is going throught spaces. but it looks good and i can play in the dark. fair enough

Pros: got it at 34.99$ with price match. a steal at this price with blue led.
Comment:
if you want a keybord with led and you're on a budget, go for this one. get it with price match! don't expect a full led quality..

Cons: The keys don't glow

Pros: Doesn't feel cheapGood feedbackComfortable armrestGood cable storage
Comment:
The keys on the keyboard feel very responsive and pop back up instantly after i let go of them. The side buttons (copy&paste, back&forward) are a little hard to reach but i barely use them. The eject button near the right enter is a little inconvenient so I disabled it. Overall, it is a good LED keyboard that can suit most gamers. The armrest that came with the keyboard is insanely comfy. One thing I didn't like about the keyboard was that the LEDs were placed under the keys while the competitive brands have LEDs on their keys.

Cons: Just had to get used to the extra keys being located at the ends. At time pressed the eject button instead of enter, but I got used to it.

Pros: Lots of extra keys that are programable, and the backlight is really nice too. Not much else to say, it's great for gaming.
Comment:
All in all, a great product. Used this to replace my MS Digital Media Pro keyboard and so far it works great.

Cons: Very Poor backlightLeft (L) buttons inconvenient

Pros: It's a keyboard!
Comment:
The backlight on this keyboard is simply a joke, as there is more light escaping between the keys than under the keys themselves. The first row (F) have so little backlight that it disapears in the dark. There is no backlight under the side buttons and the volume knob as well. Also, there is only 1cm (barely) of height adjustment. I'm very disapointed by this product from Microsoft.

Cons: A-Key

Pros: Lights, Good rist pad, lots of keys to program, good placement of keys.
Comment:
My only Complant with this keyboard is..... When i'm playing games on Steam eg.L4D or any other game. After hitting the "A" key a few times. When typing out a message if then hit the "A" key, My message is erased and everything that I typed up the hitting the "A" again get erased and I start off at the begining of the line again. I dont know if there is a fix for this issues. Or just conflict of key? It doesnt do this in any other game i play. But steam online games. Over all this is a great keyboard and i'm keeping it! I can live with this issue. Giving it 4.5 out of 5

Cons: Don't spill water on it. It's not spill safe! More keyboards need to be spill safe! Can't turn lighting offThe Microsoft label is huge... I bet that's where they hide the light! hahaThe two big volume dials are a bit annoying and useless to me. It doesn't adjust the speaker volume but the basic volume. This is a problem when you run vista (at least for me it is) and you use it to turn the volume up but then the sound becomes horrible because it's adjusting the maximum instead of just the speaker volume. So to me it's pretty much useless and a waste of space... I decorate them with nice bottle caps though :)

Pros: If you like the basic keys that Microsoft has used in their basic keyboard in the past you'll love the feel of these keys. It's almost the exact same and the response you get from them is wonderful. The lighting is good and the few extra keys are all you need and can easily be used for a few extra hot keys in a game. I tried the Razer Lycosa and it had a horrible feeling to it but I loved the design... I saw this keyboard and gave it a go and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The wrist rest thingy is very comfortable as well. The media keys are very user-friendly and work while you are in a game so you don't have to tab out. It's a feature I really enjoy using and taking advantage of.You get what you pay for.

Currently I’m debating to buy another one or not since I spilled water on mine. I am also looking at the Saitek Eclipse 2 because it's very similar but so far I’m still leaning towards the Microsoft reculse because it's a reliable and safe keyboard. I've heard some issues from reading through the 46 reviews it has got that some keys have a sticky feeling like I experienced with the Razer lycosa and I’m not really willing to spend 70 bucks to test out a different keyboard. So in the end I think I will buy this keyboard again. It's a strong basic keyboard with the classic layout that I love. The keys have a great feeling to them and the backlight is great even though you can't turn it down or off. Just throw a t-shirt on it and go to sleep if you keep your computer on. lol. I'd recommend buying this keyboard if you don't want much of a risk but you want a few extra features.

Cons: There are some odd button locations and wanky usb ports.

Pros: smart appearance & feels sturdy.
Comment:
Overall this board has everything I was looking for.Blue backlight, pleasant appearance, jog dials,& some macros. It also helps that it was designed by Razer. I have come across some pictures on the net that were in korean and it had english text in it that said Lycosa.I wonder if its possible that this was a board that Razer was going to release but, shelved it for what ever reason.

Cons: -Only 10 Macro Keys (didn't bother me though I'm not a big Macro guy)-The plastic on the top of the keyboard with the Microsoft logo attract dust and finger prints like there is no tomorrow (Although, I like the unique look it bring to the keyboard compared to the cookie cutter gamer keyboards)

Pros: -Very Quiet Keys-The required pressure to push the key down is fantastic-The lighting is bright enough to illuminate the keyboard when in a dark room but not bright enough to distract me while gaming-The comfort provided by the wrist pad is out of this world.-Nice customization in the Razer drivers-Jog wheels (I always wanted a jog wheel on a keyboard to control my volume)
Comment:
I used a Microsoft Basis Keyboard for 5 years and loved the way it was laid out and how the keys felt. When I found out I could get Microsoft Ergonomics with Razer technology (hardware and software), I couldn't help myself and got this keyboard. This keyboard isn't really for anyone looking to make a ridiculous amount of macros since it only has 10 of them (14 if you count the jog wheels). But it does the job for the gamer who isn't too hardcore. It's really a good all around keyboard. I can definitely see myself being able to do some gaming and some work (programming, assignments, school work, etc.) on this keyboard for extended periods of time thanks to the wrist pad.

Cons: Microsoft logo is huge. Can't turn off backlights.

Pros: Silent keys, nice style. Lots of macro buttons. 2 knobs. Comfortable wrist rest.
Comment:
If you're like me and don't really care who makes your keyboard (there are a lot of microsoft haters out there), this is a decent keyboard given the price. Comes with a bunch of configurable buttons which are also preset depending on the application your using (i.e. Winamp recognizes every button. Overall a nice solid keyboard. I ordered this keyboard along with a MS Habu mouse; they look amazing along side my super lanboy case (all glowing blue). They keyboard is very nice looking and the keys are silent. It is very sturdy and heavy; it stays in place. It's doesn't feel cheap at all.

Pros: looks, soft keys

What i really like about this keyboard is the palm rest and the very soft keys. Another function that i tend to use a lot now is the volume controls right on the keyboard. I no longer have to reach for my speakers.
