Easy set up into slots. Operating at 803.7 with 10-9-9-24-40 , manual settings 9-9-9-24-33 perform similar. Fantastic cost. Took some experimenting and research to get operating at 1600. When I use auto settings on MB it would not boot at 1600 till I adjust NB to 200 and place in values manually. ten months and no problems. Loaded all sorts of stuff to peak out RAM use. This is a dual boot system XP/Win7 Pro. No RAM complications with either OS in use. I purchased them when they had been expensive.

Just bought my second set of these. Trusted, low-cost memory. I had to set the timings manually, but it wasn't that much of a problem. 1600, 9-9-9-24, 1.65v. For less the 50 bones, it's a wonderful deal.

I did this and attained profitable POST and OS set up, so I figured, hey, works great. I blamed it on my SSD, but when it started crashing on games installed to my disk drive, I decided to re-underclock this RAM to 1333. No crashes to date, although my pathological require to have my FSB, CPU clock and RAM clock match up evenly has been shattered by this. Very first off, I do not have substantially practical experience with RAM, other than my preceding 2gb ƒ x 1 gb) ddr2 RAM.On that note, I can say that installation was as simple as it can get, aside from some BIOS tweaks to obtain maximum rated speeds (I have not overclocked them, and do not plan to, so no word on that). Not a one, as of but. A-Information's homepage gave the timings as CL9-9-9-24,but in truth mine put out at eight-eight-8-24, or so my BIOS tells me.

Excellent memory for the price tag. My memory all arrived in best shape, and overclocked in my method quite nicely!Extremely nicely priced for this memory! Demands so slightly greater volts for overclocking than other ram I have utilized, so it runs a smig hot with that but it still runs.
