I bought this about two years ago appropriate after I got my Blackberry Pearl. Went in as soon as I got it, and even following everyday use of the cell telephone to hold Simpsons/Angry Beavers/Rocko episodes along with a bunch of music, it's still operating good. Absolutely none. I've under no circumstances required to use it, as the telephone plugs straight into the computer system, but the small adapter dealy it comes with isn't a negative add-in.

4GB on the low cost. Higher Density/High Capacity card, does not work in some older SD devices. My Dell 2407FPW and my HP Printer and my Kodak camera will not see the card in the adapter, or any adapter, for that matter. Telephone sees it fine, (I bought it for the C711 Boulder), but requires a Long time to read off of the card. I installed a normal 2 GB micro SD card, and worked a lot far better. The reasons I picked this card was the capacity and the speed rating, but I can\'t use it in something other than the telephone (which tends to make transferring photos/movies/music to and from my computer to the telephone a moot point). The small case they send it in is thin, and the lock that holds the two halves together is a pain to get loose. I applied my brother's AData MicroSD/USB adapter, and I was in a position to read/write to the card via the personal computer. Why couldn't they contain that adapter for an additional couple bucks?

Low cost I purchased it a year ago for my Olympus camera. The camera would not recognize the card if it was warm (body temperature or warmer). I had to cool the card to make it operate. I bought a different brand card, it worked completely. No I attempted it in a Garmin GPS. It worked fine for a month then it fall into a read only mode. Great for garbage. No troubles out of the box. Fit nicely with my Samsung i760. 4GB of storage was a nice added when taking pics and vids with my phone. Barely lasted 6 months. I am cautious with little electronics and I like to retain factors well-maintained. Card began 'truncating' information: it would see element of the data on it, but not all of it (I had a couple gig worth of pics and vids I wanted to maintain). I lost it all.No 3rd-party software could repair the damage, as would no card reader (including the adapter that came with it) would even acknowledge it was there; exact same with the phone. Please - word of wisdom to the inexpensive (I am usually looking for a deal myself):Devote the further coin on a name-brand: Kingston, Lexar, SD, and so forth.
