The cable operates. Terrible ghosting. High contrast (such as black letters on a white background) will result in an echo. It tends to make words and lines appear blurred. Not only does it cause headaches, but it's a strain on my vision! This cable will be replaced by a better 1. I will preserve this as a backup cable when I'm in a pinch. Very good for absolutely nothing else! |

Great cable. Holds up well and displays a nice image. It was a low-cost solution to my second video card display output. I would suggest to others! None It's usually very good to have additional VGA cables in case you need to connect your computer to a projector or to an added monitor on the go. |

Comments: This cable creates a really blurred image. I originally picked this up for repair function I do when a DVI port is not offered, but I will need to get a new cord mainly because this 1 is so challenging to read text with. Stay away from this cable. |

Least expensive VGA cable on NewEgg -causes ghosting.-slight color distortionI did some testing and found that if you ran it at high fequencies (ie 120hz) is causes Severe ghosting and image distortion. Stay away from this cable, yes it is inexpensive, but devote five dollars a lot more and purchase a cable with ferrite cores and shielding that will give you a clean image. |

Tahsi also wrote "too brief..!!". But he its a 6ft cable for a inexpensive price tag can't go wrong. As i stated b4 i hooked it up to the eVGA Geforce 7600GT and it functions like a charm i ran oblivion off the factor and watched movies and everything. |

Cheap, functions, shipped in two days. Desktop and monitor are black, cable is white. But who cares??? The cord is behind the desk and out of sight. Bought a monitor and desktop from cr@igslist for my mother. Desktop had a VGA plug, monitor only came with a DVI cord. Went to r@dioshack and got a defective DVI to VGA adapter for the twice the price of this cable.Newegg can't be beaten. Shipping was a day quicker than expected. |
Not genuinely considerably to say. I needed a spare VGA cable to run a second monitor and it does just that. None All I can say is that this is a MALE to MALE cable, which means that this cable is a replacement cable. Male to females are utilized for extending, so if that's what you're hunting for then don't get this. Call me dumb but I ordered a different cable and didn't pay interest.
