Pros:Ubuntu 14.10 64 bit picks it up right away. The temp for the 8 cores are between 35-40. Comment:
I bought this cpu because this cpu was the highest my motherboard would take. This cpu was about 20 dollars different from the 8350. Both my motherboard and Ubuntu picked up on the cpu change right away. I would buy this cpu again for another computer. |
Great cpu for the price hands down. Should have a better stock heatsink. I use a 240mm rad/liquid cooler and temps are great. would suggest this top 125w TDP cpu to anyone on a budget who wants great performance.
