It works. Nothing remarkable here. Feels cheapy, but it gets the job done. A small pricy for a affordable straightforward adapter, but... I needed it. If you need to have one particular, get it. It operates.

Comments: I purchased this, recieved it, and upon opening my case realized that my power provide already has two SATA power plugs built in. What an idiot I am... So I haven't even opened this yet. On the other hand I did obtain it promptly and in ideal situation from the always dependable Newegg.

It works :D A lil too lengthy for my comp. I have this Dell Dimension E510 with actually seriously enormous and heavy case with just a little space inside _o the IDE DVD burner that came with my program for some cause randomly stopped operating, so i decided to get a new one which was SATA. And the only two avalible sata power cords i had were way on the bottom of the case powering my challenging drive. so i had to use the molex power cord that was powering my IDE drive. Wish it was lust a plug with molex on one side and sata on other with out any wires. but o well, it works and i am fully satisfied with my obtain :P
