They perform just fine and they match the color of my case power button. The LED function is just for show. These fans pull adequate air to preserve the insides of the pc cool but my two other more powerfull fans on high are to robust for these fans. Rather cool case. Lights up effectively. Has kind of a retro/classic automobile look with analog guages and chrome on the front. Lots of airflow. No complaints. This is the case my wife settled on when she couldn't come across something a lot more "girly" to suit her tastes. So perhaps much more color selections. I know she would have been a big fan of purple for instance.

vivid Doesn't move a lot air at all I installed it on the side panel of my antec 900 case and the initial time i powered up i thought that i had installed it backwards simply because i couldn't really feel any air moving. Then i purchased a fan controller (nzxt sentry 2) to speed up the fan, and i have it on at one hundred% proper now i nonetheless could barely feel any air moving. I've had two of these fans added to my Antec 1200 for a couple of months now. I don't have my fan controller nevertheless, so I haven't messed with their speeds too significantly, but they have been general incredibly quiet and reliable. And they move that air like no other.
