Cons: Audio issues (small delay via HDMI, I think it's the TVs fault)

Pros: SmallHTPC

I'm using it for an HTPC and it's a nice mobo especially since it's got the 128mb sideport for the GPU, besides the audio annoyance (barely noticible, and potentially a tv issue) it's a great mobo.
