ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardI got the board and I couldn't enter the bios! Blank screen! Tried to boot to DOS and reimage the bios and it crashed, bricking the MB. Finally, the emergency onboard bios reflash tool allowed me to flash the latest bios revision in and now it's working perfect. Weird. SATA ports are in exactly the wrong place, gets in the way of video card. They say ''use L connectors''... you can only fit ONE in, it overlaps all the other ports. I dunno... it's working perfect now but I'm definitely not impressed. 1 for quality. 5 for everything else.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardI bought this board last week. It is good and bad. Great features and it supports 16 x 16 PCI-e for SLI, not 8 x 8 like some cheaper boards. This is the main reason I bought it. The board itself is well built, comes with great accessories pack, runs very stable, easy to overclock once you update the bios from the Asus website. You just pick 5-20x overlock, no messing with voltages. However I ran into 2 issues that are a known problem with this board. #1 ..Sata Dvd drive caused my computer to freeze and gave me the blue screen of death. This board will NOT run a sata dvd drive, no big deal really just picked up an LG IDE dev drive for 30 bucks and it fixed the problem. #2 I could not get the realtek on-board sound to work for the life of me, and I have been building computers for 10 years. Messed with it all day until I gave up and just went and bought a new sound card. Still a great board despite these two minor issues considering all the features and future upgrades it supports.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardPUrchased this card from TD on 25 May, received it less than a week later, as expected. I put this board in my Antec P180B Case, which was very tight, and Asus included a padded connector plate which was a good thing as the board fit very tight for hole alignment. Overall, the board is of high quality. The motherboard manual is first rate, but they could do better with regards to the cpu installation. Driver installation was not that smooth, but I got it going. Love the bios setup. Look, if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive mb, but want quality, this is the board. I also run an Intel E7200 Core 2 Duo, 2 g of Ultra DDr2...all bought at TD.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI Motherboardthis board is good when using anything other then the e8400 if using the e8400 then it sucks for o/c runs hot for the chipset and gives a false reading of over 15' for cpu, great board though. not for overclocker when using the e8400. on a side note. i could not get my 1150 reapers over 1000mhz, i think it's m/b limmited. but i did manage 700mhz 3.3.3.8 2t timing so i can't complain

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardHi I always had ASUS boards and never had problems until I got this one. The build quality is very good as expected from ASUS the board works ok out of the box. I'm giving it low Performance score 2/5 as this motherboard is bad for overclocking. It would run very unstable freeze a lot, or not boot even with the basic 15% or 20% o/c. After manually changing the FSB the board froze and wont boot at all. Also another ''-'' it runs very hot with my E8400 at 48-50C with room temp of 23-25C. With good cooling.

Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power SupplyThis thing is great. For the price (got it with a combo for 56 bucks) this power supply can give juice to every component and still have more for what is to come. The cable looks lively when you're installing, I just yelled ''it's alive!'' in excitement.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardGreat board. Really good price for the capabilities... I wish it took a little bit faster Ram, but for the price, that's a minor gripe. CPU heatsink/fan a little difficult to set, but once it was, the mb worked super well with a Core 2 Duo E8400. Fast shipping, too.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardThis is a nice board, great features, BUT. The BIOS is more difficult to use than some I've used before, they're OK, just different. The big problem is the nForce drivers. If you load them with an SATA optical drive installed, you get the BSOD with the error msg ''Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL''. Unending BSODs with a SATA DVD drive. The easiest way to solve this is to use an IDE DVD drive; took me 2 days to figure this out, reasearching the internet. No problems since. My first ASUS board and I'm not impressed.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardVery nice board. Bought it with a 3gig duo 8400 CPU (45nm),and 4 gigs of Corsair RAM. I had a devil of a time with the chipset drivers though. Seems that the drivers for the chipset AND the Realtek audio would not work for me. Called ASUS (talked to a live tech within about 4 minutes) and they said Reset the CMOS, uninstall all the drivers, and go to Nvidia and Realtek for the latest drivers for the chipset. Works wonderful now!

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardGreat MB for the price. I'm running two 512MB 8600's in SLi, 2GB PC6400, and an E8400. Thing runs great without any problems. I haven't tried OCing yet, so we'll see how the hw handles it.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardBought this board to replce a DOA XFX 680I LT SLI in the E8400 barebones kit. Worth the extra $70 rather than take a chance on a sceond XFX board that MANY had the same issue with. Hooked everything up, had to change one or two things in the BIOS,setup my raid, no problems. Aside from a bad stick of OCZ Platinum(failed the post memory check) also bought in the e8400 barebones kit, this is running like a champ so far. Adding Windows XP 64 bit as we speak.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardI bought it last week. Unable to overclock my Q6600 G0 rev properly. Seems like I NEED to increase not only core voltage, but also HT voltage to be able to go past 1200 fsb (1200/4x9 = 2700mhz). Maybe im doing something wrong...I'll try look it up later. Response to Mike's review on the comment: ''One other small detail, this board is advertised as 750i but cpuz says it is actually 650i. If anyone can clear this up that would be superb!'' Cpu-z is unable to detect it properly, at least the current version of it isn't. I had the same ''problem'' with Everest. It showed me 650i. I downloaded the latest version of it, and it now shows me 750i ^__^ so don't worry. It's all good.

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardWOW!!! what a mobo.. To the poster below this is a 750i SLI board because on the nVidia site, this is the one that they are selling.. Time to talk about the board. Paired up with a Q6600 OC'D to 3.72 GHZ!!! (with good cooling of course) Running 8GB of 800Mhz ram an 2 8800 GTX in Sli mode (quite a tight fit, they are practically touching) This is one of the best motherboards for the price :)

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardAfter I got past the driver issues (which directly involved windows XP as I did not have service pack one on my disc) this board is great. Do not use the AI overclock tool as it is completely worthless. Just raise the FSB in ''manual'' mode and you will be fine. I have my E6600 overclocked to 3.0 GHZ on standard air cooling and it is idle at 34 C (40 C on load). The other AI tools are good though. The PCI-E slots are a tad close together so if you plan to SLI and have wide video cards, you may be in trouble. In spite of these small issues, this board has been great and for the money you can't go wrong. PCI-E 2.0 and SLI for under $200 is a great deal! One other small detail, this board is advertised as 750i but cpuz says it is actually 650i. If anyone can clear this up that would be superb!

ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI MotherboardPaired this with a new Core2 Extreme QX9650 and 2 GTS 512MB SLI'd and it runs like a dream, just as good as the 780i, but more cash left in your pocket!!! Has stability of steel when overclocking, got mine up to 3.96GHz with temps hovering at 45C @ 1.365 volts. The Bios is extremely configurable and easy to use (Duh, ASUS) Holds all the new CPU's, pre-ordered the QX9770, hopes up for better speed!!!(not that it already isn't fast) 50fps on any game is easy to reach on super-high (except Crysis...) FSX is more like FX with a giant monitor!!!get it for the price!!!
