BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:- Windows 7 may or may not download and use the correct drivers automatically.

Pros:- Tiny!- Works seamlessly with Windows 7 64-bit with the right drivers.- Bluetooth v2.1, as opposed to the older v2.0
Comment:
This bluetooth adapter took a bit of work to get running on my Win 7 x64 system, but now it's working perfectly. For those interested, the Broadcom package that is commonly suggested didn't work for me as it constantly got stuck at validating. So I downloaded the latest drivers from Belkin but did not run the setup, instead I went to device manager and pointed at the Windows Vista 64-bit folder that came with it to grab the drivers and everything started working properly from there. I've only connected my cell phone so far, but it has been without issue.

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:Software, drivers

Pros:Very compact, does what it claims
Comment:
I use this with my Win7 desktop and a Motorola H300 headset. It works great, but it took some time to get the Bluetooth drivers installed such that applications could see devices connected to the adapter. Same problems under Vista and Win7. I suggest you toss the CD and go looking for the latest driver package online. Once it's working, it is a neat little device, especially considering its size. I can't speak to range as I'm always within 1-2m, but it hasn't lost connectivity on me.

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:None at the moment.

Pros:Compact Adapter.Works as expected.
Comment:
I picked this up on sale to use on a laptop that has XP. Once the drivers were installed I haven't any problems with it. It's mainly used to connect a mouse, it would probably work fine with my cell phone for file transfers but I haven't tried it yet.

Saved my ability to sync my phone
Comment:
I got a new laptop running 64 bit Windows 7 and suddenly was not able to sync my Palm Treo through the USB cable. Palm said at first nothing could be done, then they said this product could be a workaround. I'm now syncing my Treo and very happy with this product! Only drawback is connection speed is a bit slower than with USB. . .

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:weak signal strengthsetup was a little tricky for Win7 64bit

Pros:tinyworks with my Samsung phone and bluetooth mouse
Comment:
Good deal for the sale price. Had to reboot a few times in Win7 64bit before the drivers could install properly. It kept popping up with "No bluetooth devices detected". Once it installed it connected to my Samsung D900 phone with no problems. One small issue with my bluetooth mouse though, if the mouse is not in the line of site of the receiver, the signal becomes weak and the cursor stutters on screen. Other than that it works fine.

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:Easy to lose.

Pros:Little bugger works with my nokia 2760. 1/3 the size of the usb metal part that goes in. Flawless win7 install. 9.99 on sale.
Comment:
Just works. Win7 64 bit. I just use it for light stuff so cannot comment on its bandwidth but for 9.99 it did its job for me.

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:Not the best range compared to some other adapters out there. Blue LED can be annoying. Pairing button on the adapter does nothing without installing the included software.

Pros:Small size, Plug and Play - Compatible with the stock Windows and OSX Bluetooth Stack.
Comment:
I purchased this for my Media Centre system to replace the relatively large Microsoft dongle that came with my Entertainment Desktop 7000. Much to my surprise, it's range is at least double that of the Microsoft adapter - at a tiny fraction of it's size. Performance on the mouse and keyboard seems to be flawless up to about 12ft away. The dongle is compatible with the default stack in Windows 7. I also tried it on my archaic Apple Powerbook Titanium and it was recognized immediately by Mac OS 10.4.

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:None I can think of

Pros:- Cheap (when it goes on sale)- Tiny- Works
Comment:
Bought this since my laptop doesn't come with internal bluetooth. I use it mainly to transfer files to/from cell phones. I've tried a few Sony Ericsson's and Motorola's without any problems. No comment on the range of this thing since the phone is always within a few feet of the laptop when I do the transfers.Got this for the weekly special price (

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:- prone to interference

Pros:+tiny+little blue light

what a small little dongle. the only problem is that i guess it packs all its circuitry into a small compartment and it always is prone to cracking/hissing etc.

Great purchase!
Comment:
Even though my computer has Bluetooth recognition, it would only recognize my cell phones. It wasn't until I put the Belkin adapter in the USB port that I was able to use my wireless printer. I think it's great.
