More USB Woes
Comment:
As detailed by other reviewers anytime you attach a device to this board you are playing dangerously. Devices displace sata drives in the hierarchy and you have issues booting and reading fixed drives. A real pain to play with. I've sworn by this company in the past so I hope this is an isolated stinker.

Decent overall, but caution
Comment:
Great deal, great price. Has been working fine (1 week now). Word of caution though. The IDE connector slot is in an inconvenient location near the bottom of the motherboard. If you plan on using an IDE hard disk drive, make sure you have a long enough cable. It'll probably need to be roughly 24-32 inches long, depending on the size of your case.

Great Board, Works Perfect!
Comment:
Great performer for the value! This Micro-ATX board runs great. It's insane. Get CPU Thermal Paste and a nice 80-120mm system fan and you'll be worry-free. I'm running this board at it's maximum capability. I always check hardware health in the BIOS after using my PC intensively, never seen temp higher than 80. A GREAT BUDGET BOARD!

Good Deal
Comment:
The 1st MB arrived DOA. The return was easy. This retailert gave me free shipping on the 2nd one. Installation was easy. I put it in an HP computer whose MB had died. I used the original CPU from the HP, a P4-516, and the original ram, 2 DDR2-533 1GB sticks. I installed Win 7-64 Ultimate and it is running smoothly. The graphics ability is the weak point of this MB (3.1 Windows Experience). I ordered a PCIe X16 graphics card to raise this ability and give me a HDMI outout.

Can't say
Comment:
I really can't say anything about this motherboard since I could get it work. It kept giving me a pci error which I later learned was very common. It has to have windows xp second edition installed to even get past installing windows. A new harddrive won't anything installed on it so kinda a dead end there,

Great Value
Comment:
I bought this board as part of a barebones kit... I am really impressed with it... In paerticular I was impressed with its legacy support - It has headers on the board for both RS232 and LPT (parallel)... I had one minor issue with the bios... If you set the clock incorrectly in the bios the machine will fail to power up... Fortunatly, there is a simple procedure to reset the board... Unlike the other reviewer, I have a bunch of USB devices plugged into my MOBO, including a multimedia drive... I have absolutely no problems booting... There is a setting in bios that allows you to change boot devices and sequence - I suspect the previous reviewer has something set incorrectly.

great inexpensive upgrade board
Comment:
I purchased this board for a friend recently to upgrade his outdated athlon xp system. If you're planning on making a hardcore gaming rig this isn't a board you're looking at, but if you're looking for value, reliability AND a hefty upgrade from your old system this is definitely the way to go. Powered up with lots of extras attached and have had no problems. Passed an overnight stress test on the CPU and ram and never overheated.

Great Prouduct
Comment:
This is a really great board if your upgrading from the old motherboards that are installed in computers. Hooked all my sata prouducts and it reconized them right away. I have a 2.8 cpu and 4GBs of ram and this motherboard is really fast.

Get what you pay for
Comment:
It was a nice little board for the first two days, then....nothing. Wouldn't even try to boot. I replaced it with an Asus mainboard for $10 more and haven't looked back.

All you really need
Comment:
For 90% of the world, this board will handle everything you do ( text, photo albums, office apps, web access) just fine. Straightforward install and setup with a good BIOS configuration ability. Why pay more when this is all you really need?

Cheap Board
Comment:
This board is really cheap. It doesn't even come with mounting screws. After installed, it worked for about 2 months that crashed and burned. I checked my HD, DRAM, CPU, etc. Nothing fixed it. Now I have to send it back to the manufacturer. What a pain. Buy a better brand name is my suggestion. You get what you pay for.

Good budget board
Comment:
Got this board in a bundle with a processor and fan. All worked fine out of the box, but I did get a PCI Express 1 gb graphics card and it was big enough that the first PCI slot was almost covered and unusable. I am on dial up so have to have a modem and I had to take my USB PCI card out as there are only two slots. I would have liked to have seen a screw kit with it too, but the old screws did work since I was replacing a fried board.

Nice motherboard
Comment:
This board kicks butt. If my friends were to visit my house and say "Wow nice computer. What can it do?" I could say "It kicks rear"- and I would be right- because that's what it does, and that's what it was built to do. In literal terms, it's fast and it has all the features I need. I had no errors installing windows xp or any of my add-ons to this motherboard; I just plugged it in, turned it on, and it works... period. Excellent product. I would buy it again if I needed to.
