Fast and easy install, nice to have thermal paste already installed on the fan assembly as well. Makes installation a snap. Runs very cool, even while multitasking and game play. I chose it over a Atom processor to have a little more power and I'm glad I did. I can stream movies to three different (Xbox, WD TV Lives) devices while backing up my computers and it dosen't miss a beat.

Upgrading bios doesn't work either. Intel said to ask manufacturer why. Manufacturer said, sorry for the inconvenience.

I had trouble getting the CPU fan to securely fasten to the motherboard. I finally got it, but the fan is a little noisy. Still a good CPU and the fan does do it's job.
