Not much to say, works as intended. I had no trouble synchronizing or charging my zune hd. Build quality seems fine, the connector has a bit of plastic feel to it but you can't really expect much more from a 10$ cable. Overall I'm very satisfied.

The first time i plugged mine in it got stuck in the Zune connector and i could not get it out. But i took the plastic casing off that end of the cord and now it works fine. So if yours gets stuck like that, just take off the shell

I know I am slow, but I am not an idiot. The original zune cord can break other ways. It could be the fool next door. Either way mine was breaking, and I got this. It works like the original one, for me.

This Zune cord works fine. Widgit117, you are an idiot if you honestly broke your zune trying to remove the cord from it. Saying that i will admit that the cord isnt as good as the cord that comes with the zune. Little intelligence is needed to remove it. simply hold the side buttons and wiggle it side-to-side and pull. Once you get used to it it works as good as the orginal. Over all is a good buy. Thx TD Haden
