COOLER MASTER Storm Sniper SGC-6000-KXN1-GP Black Computer Case
Comment:
-Uncomplicated cable management.-A lot of room to function.-Excellent create top quality.-Tons of characteristics.-Insane air flow.-Nice styling. -No included case speaker.-No PSU dust filter. I employed this case for my first ever total construct. I went a small over my case budget but I was glad I did. This case fit all of my components with no problems and hiding my cables was a snap. The airflow in this case is crazy. My i7-950 at sustained load only hits around 52c, and thats following numerous hours of sustained load. I'm extremely pleased with this case and I very recommend it.

Plenty of spaceGreat air flowFront fan has a removable 'filter' that makes it uncomplicated to clean Side panels can be a bit challenging to get back on.I've had a couple of issues with the rear fan generating loud noises like it was about to die but adjusting the speed control up and down a couple of instances would set it straight. I don't know if they altered the style, but in contrast to what the specs has listed, this case does not have a side fan. Also, this case is Massive. Was larger then I was expecting, but that's ok mainly because it implies that nothing is crammed together inside.

incredible cooling with 3 200mm fansexcellent cable managementall black!!strurdy high quality developlots of space to work with inside casefan controller w/ LED control No way to deaden sound if you have noisy componentslack of filters I have built more than 100 computers and have used dozens of situations. This case is best for any power user. Provides tons of space for crossfired HD5870's. Lots of airflow and cooling and has exceptional cable management. All black and looks amazing. Layout internally is about great. Compared to my prior Antec P182B, my cpu dropped 5c under OCCT load just by altering situations. Well worth the value.

Stunning, tons of space inside, tool-much less every thing and a joy to develop in. Obnoxiously loud. A few months ago I junked the wife's old case and put her stuff into a Storm Scout, and was thrilled with it, specifically how silent it was. I was expecting the very same low noise operation with the Sniper, but it is louder than my old Raidmax RX-9, even with the fan controller turned all the way down. Very disappointing, as noise level was 1 of the primary causes for swapping instances. I have no troubles with the front panel as various other people have reported, but acquiring the PSU in was as tough as other people have said. Overall, the pros undoubtedly outweigh the cons, and I would suggest this case.

Where do I begin? Bought two of these monsters from New Egg last year when they combo'd it with a gaming mouse. Immediately after selling each mouse, I paid less than โ for every single Storm Sniper. Here's what I like about them:Robust as a tankAir flow is off the chartsSilent when fans are set to lowMassive space, esp. on cable side with bubbleTotally reliable [have had them running 24ǝ for almost one full year and they each are still going strong].You can up the fan speeds and/or turn off the LED's if you like.Eggcellent dust filtersŋ of the finest purchases I ever produced here at the Egg. The only con I could think of is the placement of the USB ports, firewire, and ESATA jacks on the top of the case...it is ideal to make a basic cover for them for two reasonsɅ. Keep the dust outtwo. Prevent any coffee, tea, coke, etc. from dripping into them These will slowly turn into outdated due to the lack of front panel USB three capabilities. But you can still add a front panel USB3 jack if you so desire.Numerous, a lot of builders appear to like the HAF 932 and HAF X additional than the Storm Sniper. More space, additional capabilities.I just right now moved up to the HAF 932 and definitely like it too.

Lots of room for all your components. A lot of air flow to maintain them all cool. The fan control is better then most I've observed and so are the tooless fasteners. Quiet unless fans are cranked to full. Has a nice industrial/military look to it. Sturdy. Can't use the best drive bay. This is just a nit choose but the power and HDD LED's are about twice as bright as they want to be. Also, not definitely a con but just know that the PSU sucks air through the bottom of the case, not from inside it. So if you set your tower on the floor program on blowing out your PSU a lot. I sweep each and every week and it still gets full of cat hair and I have to blow it out about once a month. This case is as large as my old initial gen Thermal Take Armor case and that is a full tower. Cable management is very good and there is a lot of space. Mine was quiet unless the fan controller is set to full but even then it's not poor. I also didn't have any troubles acquiring the side panels off or on like other reviewers said. One factor that is true though is you shouldn't use the top drive bay or it'll short out the front panel. For a case this very good that seems like a big over sight and the cause I only gave it four stars. You could possibly use it if your drive has a large sticker or some thing that keeps the leads from toughing the metal case.Asus X58 moboIntel i7-950 w/ CM Hyper 212 Plus cooler6gig GSkill ramtwo- EVGA GeForce 470's in SLIGSkill Sniper series 120gig SSD

Huge fans make for a quiet unit. Enough ventilation to manage a number of video cards, a rapidly cpu and a bit of overclocking without having going to water cooling. Room and grommets to water cool if you like. Best front fan speed control and defeasible LED's on the fans is a good regular feature (all 1 knob- center depresses to kill/activate LED's). Very good access to the underside of the mobo for cpu cooler replacements. Side panel bulges out slightly to make generous room for clean cable routing. Painted inside and out- and no sharp edges anywhere. HD bays are equipped with vibration isolators. Tool-totally free design with the obvious exception of mobo standoffs and screws. Cables intrinsic to the case are long enough for clean routing as properly. Surely built to final by means of several generations of machines. Large inside- Uncomplicated to work in. Bottom PSU mount makes for a cooler unit. These are quibbles- I enjoy this case. Major. Heavy. Solid. A lot more like a Key Battle Tank than a Sniper. My wife says it looks like a heater. not a laptop. Front ports for USB, FireWire and audio appear vulnerable to spills. Power and HDD LED's are laser bright- a true distraction in a dim room. Mobo tray is not removable (like that matters when you can get each hands and your head in there). I spent about a year searching for just the right case for the create I wanted to do: this is it. Given the way desktops are becoming phased out (stupid stuff- they give about three occasions the bang for the buck) it may possibly be my last case ever. What a way to go....

It is Enormous!!! The internet site and the video do not accurately represent its hugeness! Like i saw the box and i was like, "What a huge BOX!!!" Then i unpacked it and i was like "Oh... the box isn't that a lot bigger than the case..." Its beautifully coated black on the inside rather of the ugly beige-gray metal that some situations get. There are three of THE Greatest fans i have ever observed in my life inside! There is a fan speed and a light controller on the panel for this 1, which i am SO excited about! Uhh... I guess the size could be a con. It is definitely massive, if your not prepared for that i can completely see how that could drive some folks away. The fan in the back dosen't light up... Which is ok for me due to the fact I'm replacing it with a cpu liquid cooling radiator but its un-lighting-up-edness is the only thing, LITERALLY THE only factor that i did not like about this case. This case is so awesome, i cant wait for my next paycheck so i can by all the parts to use this case for what it was clearly meant for, Difficult Core Gaming. And/or some intense overclocking... and supercomputing and stuff....

I have been constructing computers for years and, in no way have i had a case with so substantially flexibility, room and simple access. If you were to upgrade anything this case makes reaching any component, and exchanging it easy because you have so a lot room can just route wires on the other side of the case and dont have to deal with screws or removing several peices just to get to the one componet you are trying to reach. It also fits massive graphics cards I have a 480 GTX in mine, there would be adequate room to add a second Guess folks would not like the looks, I at 1st was like meh, until i saw it I was thinking of finding the antec 902 ahead of this case considering that i believed it looked far better and wasn't too confident about the look of this case. When seeing it in individual it looks extremely good, and sleak. I'm so happy i went with this case produced building my personal computer a breeze. A incredibly remarkable case with tons of uncomplicated access and it looks good

Its massive, its heavy, and quite effortless to move if you require to using the sloted handles on the best. Abit heavy. No fan fliters. Fan filters for the 200mm fans are on avg 10.00 dollars U.S. so, I did knock it 1 egg. For the price I believe it really should come with a 140 mm fan in the bottom of the case.

For my first construct, I settled with the CM Storm Sniper, and it's been nothing but an extraordinary case.-The case itself looks awesome. All-black paintjob with blue LED fans and a truly rugged, military-inspired style. The develop excellent is exceptional, even with some plastic parts this case is sturdy as a rock.-The case is enormous, which is excellent as you have a lot of space inside to fit even the greatest of graphics cards and heatsinks. Extra room behind the mobo tray as nicely as hooks makes this a great case for cable management!-Tool-much less design for the three.5" bays, 5.25" bays, and expansion bays is actually nice and convenient. For the most portion, it works definitely effectively.-Has big, however quiet fans which will very easily push air by way of this poor boy, making for superb airflow. The fan controller is amazing and really handy if you need to have a lot more airflow. Fan LEDs can be turned on and off as properly.-Lots of front ports. Four USB two., 1 Firewire, and 1 eSATA port.-Dust filters! -The power and tough drive LEDs are really bright; Genuinely bright if you appear directly at them. This can be annoying if you want to leave your computer on overnight whilst you sleep, so I'd recommend covering them up if you want to do such a thing.-A bit on the pricey side, but you truly get what you pay for, thinking of this is a rather greater-end case built in mind for gamers and enthusiasts.-The Fan LED button doesn't feel properly-constructed, and feels rather wonky when you press down on it, but otherwise it works fine. Just feels weird. This was basically the second case that I had received; the initially Storm Sniper I purchased had a manufacturing defect where the energy button broke off as it wasn't secured to the housing properly, but I feel I'm 1 of, if not the only people to have encountered this so I'm certain it was just fluke thing with that specific case.Note that when I say this case is enormous, this case is Huge. This factor is fairly a lot full-tower size even though it's marketed as a mid-tower case. Not necessarily a poor thing at all as you have a lot of space on the inside! Just make certain that you have a lot of space in wherever it is you want to put this case as it's gigantic. In all, the Storm Sniper is an definitely phenomenal case and any gamer with a bigger budget should certainly consider this particular case. You will surely be satisfied with how properly this case looks AND performs. Tons of attributes, quiet, excellent airflow... the rest speaks for itself. Acquire it.

This case comes with a lot of hardware and accessories. It's quite large, with massive fans, and the blue LED lights are awesome. You can even turn them off at night so they don't keep you awake. The fan controller adjusts the fan speed from low to very high. It's a solid case, constructed incredibly effectively, with mesh all over the spot for positive airflow. Black inside and out with great cable management and pre-routed really cleanly. I like the tool-much less install of five.25 and three.five drives, but not the pci slot holders (see below) Not real happy about the stupid plastic dohickeys that (attempt to - and not very effectively at that) hold the video card and other daughter boards in the back of the case. They're just plain stupid and I broke the tip off 1 attempting to open it. They don't hold expansion cards quite tight in the case. CM should have just gone with common expanders and black screws. I took 1 egg off for this boneheaded feature on an otherwise flawless case. This case is huge. Be positive you have plenty of room for it. It dwarfs my Antec 300.

Very sturdy case, great room to hide wires, looks terrific. Everything in the case was leading notch. The only problem I have with this case is how huge it is. I bought this because it was listed as a mid tower, but I neglected to check the dimensions. This case is as massive as a full tower. It is basically larger than the full tower I was replacing. Even though the case is alot bigger than I was expecting it is an wonderful case. The good quality and style is unsurpassed.

Remarkable implementation of drive bays(rubber tacks to reduce vibration) and wire management. Excellent airflow and quiet. Power supply mount was properly implemented with foam to lower vibration. Good thought for a 140mm bottom mounted fan. This case is great for the new massive video cards. All the mechanics of this case were properly engineered. One con is their PCI slot securing brackets. They are by far the ideal of all the plastic brackets but there is no room to mount with a screw also. Didn't take an egg off for this. The significant con is the really poor controller panel. It is not shielded at all! You cant use a cd drive in the leading slot mainly because it will brief out and entirely turn off your personal computer. Its not the QC of Cooler Master but the design. I will have to shield the controller panel with a rubberized panel. disappointed in the product for the cost paid but better than the thermal take armor+ case i also own

As Advertised this case has sufficient room for every thing and has a excellent layout to assist you hide your cables. The included fans are near silent when turned all the way down and when you have them cranked they are still pretty quiet (Probably about the identical as 1 80mm fan). The speedy connections for all of the componets worked fantastic and the included hardware for the SSD mount was a good addition. Compared to my prior builds this case was a dream. Size: My own fault here, but the size was a bit bigger then I was expecting. Make positive you measure the location you want to put this poor boy simply because its definately huge.Energy/Activity LEDs: These are really bright. They are located on the best proper of the case and appear to be distractingly bright. Not enough to knock off an egg. PSU location makes it kindof hard to route the motherboard major connector on my MB. The Audio cable was also a bit brief for the perfect run. Once more not actually enough to knock off an Egg.Power switch and Fan Control/LED switch really feel a small cheep. The Expansion ports on the back have a nice speedy connect feature, previous reviews stated they worried about the video card connection. The case has a location for you to screw down your card if you want. I felt secure sufficient to use the built in quick connects. The MB tray has all the cut outs to support your wire run and there are several locations to zip tie your cables down to keep them secure. (might want to order some black zip ties or wire twist ties.)Overall I am quite pleased by this case.

Great airflow, big case, biggest fans I've ever seen 鴈mm), easy to use drive bays. None. When i got this, one of the stock fan's molex wire had came out of the connector, causing the pin to flop around in the case (not the bare wire itself). I employed a molex pin from work to fix this, but others might not have access to this and this could be rather annoying to fix. Only complaint i have about this.
