CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply

Got this power supply to replace an old, dying one that I was fairly certain was causing a lot of problems with my gaming desktop. So far, works perfectly, computer is running better than ever (the old power supply was a 420W that came with the case, probably never gave my cards or processor the juice it needed to really perform) and it is a lot more quiet as well. Plenty of wires, maybe too many for my needs..most of them are squeezed in a corner out of sight, but someone with a lot of drives will find use for them. Overall, great buy, great deal.

I built a new computer over the weekend. Consist of Cooler Master HAF 932 Full Tower Black Case, ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 Intel X58 Socket LGA1366 MB, HITACHI 1TB SERIAL ATA HD 7200/16MB/SATA-3G, Corsair XMS 12288MB PC10666 DDR3 1333MHz, Intel Core i7-975 Extreme 3.33Ghz 8MB LGA1366 CPU, BFG GeForce GTX 285 OCX 1GB PCIe w/Dual Link DVI, Corsair TX750W 750W Power Supply. The power supply works great! Still have plenty of room for expansion, I would suggest this build to anyone. Excellent price for an amazing product.

Power supply worked as specified. It is very quiet. Although it caused a couple of resets, I hadn't noticed that I was overloading it with two GTX-260 video cards. Given the number of connectors, I preferred (and subsequently bought) a modular cable power supply. I was impressed enough to buy it from the same company (Corsair).

Everything is perfect about this PSU expect one major thing....there is no hookup for an A drive....I know majority of PC don't use an A drive anymore but I occasionally do (or at least I did) for diagnostic purposes......sucks but that's that as they say.

My Corsair Tx750W power supply runs my Gtx 260 and three additional case fans perfectly along with two DVD drives. The only problem i find is that it has a lot of extra wires. Its hard to bundle them up cause there extremely thick and it makes a mess of the case. If some of the wires were detachable then it would be perfect but for performance wise I would definitely buy this product again.

It gives my system all the juice it needs, with plenty of room to plug in basically anything else I could ever decide to add.

well just got it and got it in 2 days o.o also it was super fast....it wasn't that good though seeing as how it wasn't enough power....also the 24 pin looked rlly weird ...

With a newly built computer I chose the Corsair 750w psu.Works perfect with SLI.

Since I was planning to upgrade my video card, I wanted to upgrade the PS, also. I looked around and decided on the Corsair TX750W and I'm really glad I did so. Installation was a breeze. The cables are extremely heavy duty and took a little work to get situated, but there was enough room in my mid-tower case. It provides plenty of consistent power well within the acceptable range. There are more than adequate connectors available for all components with spares. I love the looks of the PS in the case, too. I've got a clear-side case and it really stands out. Excellent all-around and I recommend this PS. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if it was modular.

Overall im not going to complain because I cant take cables off, its still worth it because you can zip-tie them together and have a tiny nest of cables hidden away.

This thing rocks. Its completely reliable. Pumps out a ton of power... I'm running an i7, 6GB of RAM, 1 HD, 4 fans, 2 GeForce9800's... runs flawlessly. I highly recommend any corsair PSU.

Corsair has done it again with this awesome power supply! Rated at 750 Watts but i've read at numerous places it outputs 900 Watts! Also has 8 HD power plugs! More than most people will ever need! Looks great good deal! And the best part of all! It doesn't feel cheap it really feels sturdy and feels like I could throw it and it would still work!

I have owned this PSU for almost six months now.Plus 80 rated you know. 60-Amps on the 12-volt rail.WOW! Runing MSI mobo AMD 940X4 EVGA GTX 275 4-Ghz (CORSAIR)memory two w/d hard drives 5-big case fans LiteOn DVD/RW/CD-RW.Even under full load this PSU is asking for MORE!! This is also the coolest runing PSU I ever owned!No problems on the install-No problems 6-months later.I know what my next PSU will be. I know what your next one should be. I run this thing HARD and it don't mind at all.In fact it ask for more.

Comes in packaging that shows utmost respect for the product. Very quiet cooling fan, works very efficiently. Awesome power source for the recreational pc gamer. Th may be a good thing or a bad thing (in my case it was the latter), the wires are very long so if your case dosen't have alot of room for the extra wires this might not work out. But ofcourse any one with the patience cand find a way to make it fit.

as the others have said, a really great silent power supply. there's a lot of sleeved cables and this being a non-modular PSU, cable management is a bit of a pain. Atleast the cables are long enough for me to re-route and hide it to get better air flow inside the case.

This PSU is awesome, it handles my Quad core SLI system very well and it runs very quietly. No complaints at $100 it is an excellent buy and is many tiers above the other PSUs that sell for that amount. ? Why does it come in a Velvet bag? is it because its smooooth?

Sexy powersupply that is very quiet and powers quad core system with no problem. Would buy any day if the rebates werent so bad. Sleeving is really nice, and wires are really flexible and long. It comes and a sexy black corsair bag, and comes with sexy black zipties. Got on special for 100 bucks AFTER rebates and BEFORE taxes, *cough* damn rebates and taxes *cough*Buy it. Now.

This is a great power supply for anybody, it is extremely quiet and I can't even hear it when i'm right next to it. Cables are easily flexible and sleeved and looks awesome! So in two words : Buy This!

My first PSU purchase - lots of positive reviews for this unit. Picked this up to power my new i7 rig. Don't have a huge video card (9600GT), but do put the processor through its paces with photo/video rendering. No problems so far - easy to install, quality cabling, runs quiet. Hopefully shouldn't need another PSU for a long time.

Worked as good as you would hope for, runs cool and quiet. Msi K9N2 diamond board 9500 amd 8gig ozc 9800gtx+ grafics 750w power in a Coolmaster case and i love it. BTW i replaced a ultra 500w 28a psu that didnt stand a chance to run my 9800gtx+ bottom line dont buy a psu that is close to what u need get a bigger one so u dont stress your system

This is a great product. The fan is very quiet, The cables are long and flexible. If using a mid tower then cable management might be a concern and as other have stated modular would've been great.

This power supply pretty much does what you'd hope it would. It is easy to install, the cables are all very sturdy and pretty long. It has a good amount of connectors, and has enough power to power a pretty decent system.
