-High Wattage (Actual outputs what it's rated at)-Really Low Noise-Decent amount of cords Ɣx 6pin PCIE, eight SATA, four IDE, and several committed 4-pin(s) for the cooling fans.)-No voltage complications with SLI (dual 5870s) & four HDDs-Decent value (thanks newegg) The only two cons I have identified with this PSU, is that it is a true pain in the *** if you have a case exactly where the PSU is mounted on the bottom. You have to twist every single SATA energy cord upside down, because the cords orientation is meant for them to run from the leading of the situation. This is really awkward, it puts a lot of stress on every plug, and is probably not fantastic for the integrity of the wires and exactly where they connect to the plugs. Having to twist every single section upside down for each HDD also takes up a lot of useful space (for airflow). The second difficulty is that the HDD cords are also brief (if they had been longer with more length among HDD plugs, obtaining a PSU mounted on the bottom of the case wouldn't be such an challenge)I wouldn't recommend this PSU if you're organizing to mount it on the bottom of your case. |

Just about anything. Outside of some heavy duty SLI/Crossfire, it ought to manage any system just fine. Uh, also numerous cables? If you have a smaller case, it'll really feel a tiny cramped if you don't have any location to stick the added cabling. |

Does what it need to, don't even have to think about it because it has everything required. Looks sturdily built and not flimsy at all. Too a lot of cables? Not seriously a huge con, just you'll have to locate a location to shove all of them and the case isn't going to appear incredibly very good but honestly it isn't significantly of a issue. Not actually positive what capabilities are critical in a power supply other than "it works" but yeah, a handful of weeks in and it seems fantastic! |

-Quite quiet-Adequate power to manage SLI and Crossfire-Cords long adequate for complete tower situation -Lengthy cords can be unwieldy and if not adequately tucked away, can obstruct airflow I have a CM HAF 922 case that has extra space behind the motherboard to tuck away the added cords, so it wasn't a difficulty. |

This will be the last purchase of a corsair solution for me. Manufacturer Response:It is incredibly rare that a customer will have 2 PSUs fail. Shipped free of charge and on the 3rd day it arrived in flawless condition. Even box was effectively handled and clean. Overall, particularly impressed. I also come across the cables a bit stiff and challenging to maneuver. This size power supply is excellent for house use and suitable in most enterprise applications. Paid 79.99 soon after MIR. |

Excellent seeking PSU, cable length is much more than sufficient for the HAF X case. Wires covered in a heavy black sheath. None for me, despite the fact that if you have a small case the wire length might be a dilemma as far as hiding them. Originally gave this PSU 1 egg since the very first 1 I received was only putting out four.49 volts on the 5 volt rail. RMA'd it by means of Newegg and replacement tested excellent. Cant say adequate about Newegg, they received my negative PSU on a Wednesday and they sent a new one out on Thursday no inquiries. Thank You Newegg> |

Had some interesting points going on with it initially. I don't know if it was overheating or what but it would randomly shut down, occasionally only right after a minute of operation. I checked the build, it didn't appear like anything was shorting out. Anyways, ran wonderful for two months afterwards. Died on me after 2 months... mobo won't power up or hold a stable power light. Can't RMA it though so I am going to contact the manufacturer. I got a Corsair 850TX v2 and it appears to be fairly stable from the getgo. Eh, I would acquire one of the newer generations of Corsairs. |

It is fairly. It is effective. It is consistent. It came with a rebate. I saved extra dollars with a bundle. It has a ton of connections. What far more could you want. None. It doesn't have modular cables, but I knew that why buying it. Also, I don't know if you can fit all these connections in a modular setup. As you can tell, this didn't affect up rating. |

This energy provide's construct top quality appears quite superior. It is nice, sturdy, and has some weight to it. A lot of connections for powering a lot of devices.Cabling has good protective sheathing. Corsair is a great brand.80 plus certified Can't be thought to be a con per se, but the only thing that would make this a superior energy provide is if it were a modular power supply. I don't know why manufacturers don't just make all energy supplies modular, now. No complaints at all. Wonderful energy supply. Even if you don't get this model, don't cheap out on your Poer provide. Get a excellent high quality one. I think having a great quality power supply is almost certainly the single most critical factor on your build. If you have a affordable power supply that fails on you, you not only have a non-working Pc, but have the potential to harm other components, too. |

From the inviting packaging and fast sleeve case you'd expect to see over a excellent liquor, to the excellent black coating and plethera of connections... this power supply genuinely represents superiority among electronics. Fired up right out of the box. Solid, stable efficiency. With the additional cost for the fast sleeve case, Corsair could swap it for a common set of rubber mounts for vibration reduction to fill in the void left by manufacturers whom didn't incorporate the mounts with their instances (InWin). Seems like the excellent is pretty good...and it's really quiet compared to my prior 550Watt Roswell Power Supply. It actually almost certainly the quietest component of my personal computer. Power cord did not fit snug and my new computer develop stopped stopped turning on. I replaced the power cord and every little thing appears fine now. But it get docked at egg for having a cord that wiggles about when you touch it and producing me feel I killed my new pc create. Type of wish I had spent an additional 30 bucks for the modular version...but I knew that ahead of time. So far this appears like a great power supply for the price. |

Runs almost everything with ease, and the fan is quiet. I have this exact model in my primary system and was content with it, so I bought a second for my media server. It's not the cheapest, but with the higher efficiency it almost certainly saves me funds in the extended run on utility fees, not to mention the higher top quality. Cables are a bit thick, but I personally like the heavy gauge and sturdy really feel. None As mentioned above, the cables are thick, which can perform against you if you're connecting to things in tight areas. |

-The overall presentation of the item (packaging wise) was incredibly impressive.-This PSU is quite heavy, and by the looks of it, produced very well.-There hasn't been any hiccups in powering my fairly low-resource method so far (I don't have anything super powerful in there, such as a video card however, I bought this PSU for the future expandability).-This PSU is extremely quiet-Lots of connectors, can power more HDDs than I have space for! I don't think I'll ever actually use this PSU to its full potential (i.e., all connectors in use).-Makes my box appear cool! :P -I am but to find a use for the included bag, but it does look incredibly fairly.-A bit more than-packaged.-It was a challenge to route the cables behind the HDD bays in my Antec 300 as to not obstruct air flow to the program components. -I've had this PSU for about a month now, so it's in all probability too early to specify the overall create excellent, but the unit feels quite well produced and is backed up with the multitudes of great comments on this product, so I feel I created a good option in acquiring this power provide. |

Extremely sweet!! Great packaging nice velvet bag.For When i had it worked like a champ! AMD PHENOMll 1100T,lots of external elements sound card three external hard drives, midi controller... Very!! IT had just so a lot of wires coming off of it...Was a bit significantly. Challenging to make case look great, plus undesirable air flow with all these wires."THE OCTOPUS" was it's nick name. The mobo i was working with MSI 890fxa-gd65 went poor right after a couple of days(JUNK) So i RMA'D it with that piece & got the.. Corsair HX 750w Qualified Series(module) SWEET!! Not Corsairs fault, my fault for not getting a module in the 1st spot, but gonna take off 1 egg just cause they could have carried out one thing to make all these wires appear nicer. By the way the HX750w pro series is INSANE!!!! THat really should be your 1st option if it fits into your budget.. Corsair is on top rated of their game!! LOTS OF Energy & Very Fairly.
