+Very quiet+Working perfectly for more than 6 months+Voltages on all rails read perfectly -This thing has A LOT of wires, way a lot more than I can use. Do not buy this if you have a smaller case, as you will have a very difficult time hiding all the wires. Please notice this IS NOT modular, so be cautious if you're searching for a PSU that is.

I got it seriously affordable, superb good quality, exceptional packaging. The cables are a little challenging to deal with in smaller circumstances. I'm going modular next time simply because there are just wayyyy to a lot of cables that I don't need. I had to bed some pieces of metal to get it to fit into my Dell case, but that's Dell's fault.

- Cost- Simple installation - Rapidly delivery - wish it was modular (but its only a 750, so ya)- nothing else Following a year of not employing my rig, my old PSU decided to die. When I lastly figured out it was the PSU, I jumped on this one mainly because of the value, evaluations, and it left me room for upgrades and add-ons. I have had it up and operating for about three months now and it hasn't let me down, I will be upgrading my method in the future and will most likely be making use of this PSU with the new technique; and if not the same PSU, I would definitely be using an additional corsair PSU. You won't be disappointed.

good size fan. i seriously like how it doesn't feel as flimsy as my last one. (Silencer 500w). The packaging is fairly(nice velvet bag). Lots of wires i didn't feel folks nonetheless utilised(i.e. floppy drive energy, and 8... count them... 8 molex connectors) if i had known what modular had meant prior to this obtain... i wouldn't have gotten this... but thats alright. modular or not this nonetheless offers adequate power for my develop.

Single 12V rail to deal with huge vid card(s) and OC cpu, with plenty left more than for other devices. The whole bottom of the psu is open and a huge fan takes up the whole width. I was worried about it being single fan coming from a dual fan enermax, but i know this is sufficient. I wish all psu's had plugs so that you could take away unused cables. It would be good if they put the very first sata power connector closer to the psu (or made the run a small longer) since it has to go to the front of the case and around significant vid cards. appears to be a high high quality product... time shall tell. Whats with the fancy bag? Its not like you routinely pop the thing out and take it with you somewhere. A little pricey if there are no rebates/ newegg deals.

So far it's been a wonderful energy supply, not an problem yet. Had to get at least 500W for the GeForce GTX 570 and decided to get myself some breathing room for future upgrades. It is surely worth the cost and ratings. The absolute snake of wires can be a bit considerably if you are new to installing power supplies. Worth the obtain if you need to have a power provide.

Plenty of connectors, 8 SATA power, four PCI-E Power, etc. Lots of connectors. Biggest con with the connectors are the SATA power connectors are on two strings of 4 connectors, instead of four strings of 2 connectors, which I would have preferred. Not a big deal although. four Stars because the initial one I got was DOA, otherwise it would have been 5. Newegg RMA'd it swiftly and sent a new one in a really timely manner, as nicely as paid shipping each methods. Output of replacement was verified with a power supply tester to be precisely what it really should be.

Not too loud.Runs fairly cool until I get started failboating in Modern Warfare 2 =PSteady, stable voltages.Supplies plenty of juice for my HD 6870, Phenom 9850, 2 HDDs, and fans out the wazoo without a challenge. It's Corsair! For the cost, there had better not be any for a whilst! Upgraded from a RaidMax 600W PSU. Glad I did. The RaidMax came with my case so I've in no way genuinely trusted it. Good to have something I can trust now.

Unless you count an old Radeon 4850 that decided shorting was an great factor to do, this energy supply hasn't even hiccuped when in more than a year and a half of heavy usage. It's shrugged off everything I've plugged in and asked for additional, all although getting almost silent. I lost the bag it came in. That makes me very, really sad. When and for all, not becoming modular is NOT a con. Corsair does sell modular power supplies, check out the 750HX if you don't believe me. The only actual distinction is that modular connectors can degrade more than time when swapped in/out, potentially decreasing long-term reliability as a trade-off for much better airflow in a cramped case.

Reliable. No difficulties in 6 months of operation. Not modular. There's a massive quantity of cables included, which is superior in that you most likely won't be missing anything, but poor in that you'll have cables everywhere in your case. I will surely get a modular PSU subsequent time, even if it's a bit a lot more high-priced.

This baby is a sweet small energy supply for the cost! I bought this factor back in oct. 2008 and it's been running flawlessly ever because. I have owned absolutely nothing that can top the performance of this power supply. Single 12v rail offers a stable 60 amps! Unless you're attempting to build Skynet, there is a lot of energy for every little thing you throw at it. Lots or cables! It takes a few minutes to sort out and manage, but that is to be expected with a non-modular energy supply. Anyone that wants ME to develop them a gaming rig is recommended this energy supply. If they are constructing a less demanding gaming rig or is on a spending budget, I suggest the subsequent step down from this one, the 650w of this series. These Corsair energy supplies are rock-solid and stable. Why would you want to risk all those high-priced parts on something much less?

I like the connectors it provides. The cables are also shielded which is fantastic, has nice packaging and a excellent really feel to it. It's spotty. One moment I was playing a game, the next a big white flash out the back of my PC and every little thing shuts down... had to RMA that 1, and this existing one has been shutting down for me for the duration of gaming. I believed at first perhaps it was my video card or processor but they are running cool. The only thing I read on the web was that other users had been experiencing unstable voltage delivery to components when this error occurs. To be honest I guess it could be something else, but I don't have the tech understanding to figure that out. Any individual else have any concepts? It doesn't appear like this is a poorly made PSU. I believe I may possibly have just run into some bad luck and or poor PSU unit. It's a opportunity with any hardware component to RMA and I commonly don't like to review a item on the merits of no matter whether I had to RMA it but this 1 even for the duration of normal performance appears to trigger grief. First and foremost, I don't want a component to trigger grief. Manufacturer Response:Based on what you have posted, it seems that you may possibly have some component in the technique other than the PSU contributing to the instability. We'd be happy to assist with Technical Support.External Link(s): Corsair Get in touch with Page|

Looks like it would get the job completed, significant fan and sturdy to show its going to get you the power you will need. like the title says it was dead out of the box, other than that it is significant but who cares your finding a 750w psu. Figured with the 2000+ reviews and 5 eggs I wouldnt be unfortunate sufficient to get 1 DOA but just my luck.

I have construct 2 computers and am about to develop my 3rd with this PSU. I went more affordable and ended up having difficulties. All I can say is when it comes to a PSU you don't want any issues, and you're not going to get any with this product. It isn't modular, but I don't know what I'm missing because I've never applied a modular PSU.

It works. It has amazing capabilities.Comes in quite bag! It isn't modular...? there are a entire ton of cords i don't use which are sorta stuffed into a drive bay, but its nice to believe i have sufficient power and the cords for anything else i would want to put into it. My fault for being too poor for a modular 1.

High excellent construct and nice packaging (Came in velvet), 750W crossfire is supported. Certified SLI. It also is extremely quiet. None, besides the reality that there is a MONSTER amount of cable to deal with. It being non-modular has this issue. Don't know too considerably about power supplies but this is a good 1 to me. It runs quiet and supplies more than sufficient wattage to run all of my equipment. 5Ǜ
