Very fancy packaging (pretty, sturdy box. Now used to hold misc computer stuff.). Good looking power supply too. Runs quiet and cold. Minor QC issue; the threading that holds the wires together is slightly frayed in one spot. Doesn't affect performance.

the packaging was fancy, which shows how much value the company puts into the product. the supply runs very efficiently, low heat, and low noise. had no problems so far since last month when i purchased it to replace a dynex 400w that died 3-4 years after i bought it. i have a good feeling this one will last quite a bit longer.

This is what I chose for my first computer build. So far no issues, was easy to install. But to be honest, the real test will be how it performes over the years to come.

You cant go wrong with this power supply. It has all the features you need, including extreme reliability and dependability. It is also very, very quiet i.e. no discernable fan noise. The only downside to the unit is the huge bundle of cables if you dont need them all. You wind up with a huge, gnarly zip-tied cable array stuffed inside your chasis. Would be cool if future models had cables that detached from the supply if not required.

Power supply received on date expected from Tiger direct. Supply did not work with my Systemax computer. Returned to corsair on April 16. It took 5 days to acknowledge receipt and them they will take another 5 days to evaluate the returned unit. In the mean time they have my money. A customer should be able to get better response from the support staff. It will take atleast 3 weeks or more to get my power supply and then will it work? Unhappy customer.

Awesome power supply. A lot better than the ultra power supply that i had in my computer. ultra psu went out after only having it for 14 months. my only regret is i wish i would have bought more watts for future video card upgrades. no complaints about the corsair. much quieter than old psu

This power supply comes with all the connection you will need. Installs easily, runs quiet, and I would definately recommend this to anyone. Oh and is packed in a cool velvet bag.

Bought this product to replace a power supply going bad. The black wrapped cables definitely made my box look neater and with the sata power connectors it has I will definitely be able to upgrade in the future

Quiet, powerful, long cable lengths. I wish the SATA cables were a bit more flexible; it was a tough job to plug in 6 drives in close quarters with the stiffness of the wire. Overall a good value.

Went right in, as expected. Packaging was pretty cool, came with some felt bag thingy. Every cable inside has wrapping on it. 4 GPUs, 8 hdd connections, everything you need. Although I will say that I don't think this has the 12 volt rail Amps available to run multiple newer GPUs.

Bought this for a friend's build. Plugged it in and everything powered up just fine. Cables are nicely sleeved. More than enough connectors for what I needed.

I bought this power supply unit because it was highly regarded on every site I could find. It is a solid PSU as I cannot fault it on performance. I only have two complaints about it. This is obviously my own doing but not being modular makes it extremely messy. Another thing I do not understand is why they still have so many legacy connections. I really wish PSU of today would come with more sata and less molex but all PSU's of today appear to be the same in that regard.

Packing of product was excellent. Comes with both SLI and Crossfire adapters. Very good power supply for the money. I marked it down for the features a tiny bit because of the hardwired cables. Some Power supplies allow you to plug in only the power cables you need making less of a mess inside of your case. It is rated at 750 watts but will easily go beyond that... very high quality product.

Great power supply, no problems whatsoever. I've had this for over a year now, it's been working great, I never had to touch it since I installed it. The cables are long, and it even comes with a little extension for the CPU power, for XXL cases (I had to use it in my Coolermaster Cosmos 1000). There are more connectors than you'll need, and unfortunately this is not madular, but the cables can be tucked in nicely at tthe bottom of the case. The 1 rail design is a great plus in my opinion, you don't have to worry about overloading individual rails. The fan is quiet enough, even after a year of use you can barely hear it when you get close to it. Overall a solid power supply. Would recommend.

Great option, especially if you can find it on sale, provides tons of power and it's a trusted brand so no need to worry about it frying.

Didn't want to pay for the modular cables but the extra cables can be bundled neatly. Good length on cables as this is in a corsair 800d with no issues.

Fantastic power supply unit. Only one thing just minor. The cables fit real snug in the motherboard sockets make sure they are seated securely.

had it for a year and a half and it just stopped working.but since there is a 5 year warranty, i contacted corsair and I just have to mail it to them and they will send me a new one. just too bad i have to pay to send it to them. hope it doesn't cost too much.however despite my problem I recommend this power supply.works great and meets and exceeds my requirements.
