fantastic seeking energy provide in my corsair 600t case. the sleeved wires look very good and the cables are pretty lengthy. ran ideal the very first time i turned it on. no doa for me. lol i used a eight pin extension on my 600t situation because it didnt appear like the cable was gonna reach if u wire it from underneath and run it to the top rated and back down to the motherboards 8 pin. there are way too numerous cables so it was a pain to close my corsair 600t case when attempting to tie the cables down but i got it to function out. lol Corsair Graphite Series 600TCorsair H50 Water Cool Technique With Push And PullCorsair XMS3 8GB 1600mhz duel channel Ɣ x 2GB)Corsair CMPSU-850TX 850WIntel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz Overclocked three.4ghzECS P55H-AƑ.) Possibly it's just me but I can't get overly excited about a power supply. It either performs or it doesn't operate. This one particular worked. It's not specifically loud. Wires wires everywhere. Not a blame of this Corsair or this particular model but I actually wish that far more suppliers would enable you to remove the energy leads that aren't necessary to be capable to lower clutter in the computer case. Once again, it's a power provide and my Pc begins so...

Quiet running. Lots of cables. No concerns at all. None I believe a modular PSU would function much better for folks developing PCs with mid-tower situations.

Costly for only 850 Watts. You may be able to crossfire with this sucker, but not with actually highend cards. But you can't beat this factor for good quality. Its High priced, but I was lucky adequate to come across a excellent combo with a ATI Radeon 5870, which I really like by the way. Read my evaluation. None. Good PSU. Massive fan, but runs quiet. None.

Corsair and a rock solid PSU. Beefy იv rails and stable clean effective energy. The ideal PSU manufacturer of 2009 and it shows. If i had to choose 1 i'd go for non modular cabling but it's a quite smaller price to pay for all the incredible pros.not really a con far more like an oddity, It comes in a felt/velvet bag... no concept why it's not like this factor is genuinely portable. I just upgraded from the 750TX to the 850TX for my new develop and it is almost everything i expect from a top quality Corsair product. So numerous individuals underestimate the value of a good energy provide. This is not exactly where you cut your builds budget folks. This PSU and it's 750w small brother are worth their weight in gold. By far the very best two Power supplies I've ever owned.

I've had it for about two years. (I purchased it from newegg 03ት񳏉.) It's been running approx. 14-18 hrs every day and frequently for 72 hrs straight or far more, and It's nevertheless going strong. As far as extended usage and reliability, this thing can't be beat. And so strong! It feels like it really should be rated greater than 850W, thanks to the incredibly robust 12v rail.I've under no circumstances had a energy supply I was this confident in. I've never ever had a BSOD that I was due to insufficient power, and I've been operating my CPU and GPU overclocked for a number of years.I don't know how loud it is because my case fans, quiet even though they might be, are louder than the PSU fan.If you are seeking for a 600-800W PSU, devote a little far more and go for this 850W unit. You will be able to use it for a number of years and numerous builds down the road.Generally you will not find a greater PSU in this power range for any price tag. Also five year warranty! Not that you will will need to use it, but nonetheless! Not modular - there are about 7 thousand cables sticking out the back of this PSU, and they are long.I have a Thermaltake SwordM total tower that swallows them up like nothing, but be warned you will be spending a small longer on cable management with this PSU no matter what chassis you have. The extra time is worth it.It's also very heavy, so I would recommend a case that mounts the PSU at the bottom if you like to move your case around a lot.Only comes with one particular Corsair chassis badge? Hehe. I upgraded from my original case, but kept this energy supply - now my case doesn't say "powered by Corsair" :( I really rarely post evaluations, but I was creating a new laptop or computer for a buddy and convinced him to commit a tiny extra $$ to get this power supply. While looking for it on Newegg, I believed I must share how significantly I like it.My current build with this 850TX:Phenom II 940 @ 3.8GhzFoxconn A79A-S 790FX8GB OCZ Reaper DDR2 1066Radeon HD 5970 2Gb300 Gb WD VelociRaptor2x 1.5Tb Seagate 7200RPM2x 2Tb WD Caviar Black 7200RPMLG 10x Blu-ray BurnerWindows 7 Ultimate 64Bit3x Gateway FHD2401 LCDThermaltake SwordM LCS

Came with hundreds of favorable critiques, Gold rating, silent fan and sensible value. PSU ran really quiet for about four days. PSU died following four days of use....dead as dead can be. I was totally dumbfounded. Just spent about Ū,500 with Newegg developing a killer HTPC with the 850 watt Corsair as it's preferred powerplant. A major mistake at the moment! My disappointment comes more from the amount of study I did prior to picking the Corsair 850 watt PSU. Every thing indicated my selection was the ideal selection. Probably I got one particular of the proverbial manufacturing lemons. I have, against my better judgment, decided to RMA for a replacement rather than replacement with one more PSU. I hope I made the ideal decision.

Super lengthy cables.Great cable wrap.A lot of connectors.Sleek finish.Quiet fan. Super lengthy cables.I know...it's a pro AND a con. If you have a small case, then the cables will absolutely gimp your airflow. I have an Antec 300 case, and it has a little compartment for storing long cables. Nevertheless, there were so many spare cables in my technique, I was forced to "ball" them up and shove them in an empty hard drive space. It functions, but it will definitely slow airflow via the front vents in my method. I'm ordering extra situation fans to support. Even though a bit bulky on cables, this is a major-notch PSU at a decent value. It could stand to be บ-ฤ less costly, but it's no deal breaker.

Soon as you open the box your power provide is covered in this velvet bag with the Corsair logo on it-giving you this sort of prestige really feel. Runs very quiet and wiring are wrapped in a netting to promote airflow. This Corsair power supply does offer plenty of wiring to attach your SLI or Crossfire setups. If you don't have a major enough case or your situation lacks any real cable management then this power provide isn't for you. As this unit does not have any modular interfaces and cables are permanently attached to the unit. Nonetheless you really should contemplate possessing a non modular for the simple truth that you do have a voltage drops on modular ones. Time of writing this overview the pricing is just ideal and you are obtaining a very nice, quality constructed energy supply.

Easy install, quiet, and meets the specs it claims. None My motherboard temps essentially went down when I installed this more than my generic 680W. I'm guessing it is due to less heat getting dumped inside the situation from the raise in efficiency.

Enough energy to run 3 times what I have now. Not loud for the energy output that it has either. Tough to retailer all the excess cords not in use when mounting it in a mid-tower. I have 1TB in my drive bay, so I put all the exces below that and have had no problems.

850W awesome, bit more than priced. Lots of dreadlocks for simple conections. Installed with new Bombo, booted right up. ran for about 25 minutes and DIED. Put my old 550W back in to test and performs with no issues. Hope RMA on this wont take for ever. Wonder if New egg would let me traid it in for a Antec ?appears to be really reliable for me in the previous.
