Very rapid memory. None I thought my motherboard would have a challenging time recognizing it, but it came up fine.

Works effectively in my Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3 MB with a Phenom x4 9950 2.6Ghz BE CPU, recognized as dual channel. ATI 4830 video card. None Had to manually set to 5.33X in Bios. Stable so far and method benchmarks well at 6384 in AMD overdrive. Not a high finish gaming rig but quickly enough for me.

It always operates. No its not the prettiest decorated memory but I don't have dingle balls on my windshield or fancy spinners on my wheels - that's for youngsters. I am searching for strong memory that stays cool and super stable and vital ram is plug it and forget it - Adult Ram Can't believe of any - I wish my Sapphire Ratheon video card worked as effectively -

Runs speedily and nicely for the value. Windows 7's hibernation function no longer runs properly on my MSI K9N2-SLI motherboard. The G.Skill 800 memory for which this is an upgrade did not have this issue. But given that the upgrade, Windows insists that the "memory configuration has changed considering that the hibernation" on pretty much just about every boot, making the hibernation useless - even though I have NOT CHANGED the configuration. Also no heat sinks are included, so it tends to overheat even at factory CPU and mobo settings. I used Critical's own memory search tool to come across the right memory for my MSI-K9N2 and this is the precise match.

Didn't work with Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H. Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H would not POST. Gave extended continuous beeps. Manual says graphics card not inserted appropriately but making use of onboard graphics. Inserted 2 1gb Kingston 667 and booted with no problems. Tried Important memory in all configurations but would not operate. Perhaps each modules were DOA. Appears unlikely. I don't like to give 1 egg ratings for a thing that didn't operate for me but Essential listed as compatible on site. Newegg's eggcellent customer service deserves five eggs. Be confident to get in touch with them if you have a difficulty.

It very easily snaps in - no additional fighting the motherboard, fearing a snap! I just upgraded from 2GB of some off-brand and a friend mentioned attempt some crucial if I was upgrading. I upgraded to the 4GB and anything is operating incredibly noticeably more rapidly on a Windows 7 RC x64 bit OS. I would highly reccommend this item to anyone looking to construct or upgrade their technique. None noticed so far. I will only purchase Critical from now on. Fantastic firm carrying out its job suitable.

I updated to phenon 920 (from dual core) with 4 gigs 1066 ram, runs considerably faster, but additional to do with the processor then the ram. Read right here had been a person applied vital's memory selector, so i gave it a try... and this ram is what was selected as finest match for my M/B. Reconized as 1066 ram by bios suitable away immediately after bios update. Has been running stable, which is often superior. I'm not an overclocker but like very stable systems. can't get it to run as dual channel. indicates it is "ganged" or "unganged". Whatever that signifies, new one to me. Not even listed in DFI's manual as a memory config... I've attempted all memory slot config but in no way get dual channel. Well like I said, I'm not an overcloker so absolute maxamim speed is not the most crucial to me. Superior value if it functions... The memory was DOA, so I'm at the moment operating by way of the RMA course of action. Shopping for on the internet is great when items operate, but paying to return defective parts fairly significantly eliminates the cost benefit vs. buying locally. Inexpensive. Runs at 1.8v No heat spreader. Poor stick, see beneath. One stick was negative. Caused BSODs. RMA'd this morning. Roll the dice and see if you get superior memory.

So far the memory works fine. I haven't run any test against it, but across multiple operating systems, no blue screens or crashes. None. N/A

It worked proper out of the box. No DOA's, no troubles whatsoever. Upgraded from 2 gigs 齠 MHz) to 4 gigs and of course, it's significantly quicker. Not certain if it's a problem with my MoBo or the RAM, (pretty sure it's a problem with a setting in my BIOS) but it won't go to 1066. It stays at 800. Didn't take any eggs for this due to the fact I'm fairly sure it's a challenge on my end, not Vital.

Good warranty Purchased two pairs of these at diverse occasions. Soon after about 6-8months 1 of the first pair died on me and both of the second pair had been DOA. Essential has been fast to replace all 3 sticks and at subsequent day delivery.

Put it in and immediately worked! in the past ive had issues with memory but its running smooth. its only been a week but so far its pretty great really superior for the price

low cost first pair I ordered, one stick was doa, RMAed. Second pair will only post when forced to 533mhz. Tried on two unique motherboards.
