Everything else I plug in is recognized fine. Running XP SP3. And what's with the AC adapter port? Why wouldn't there be one included. Shouldn't need one anyway, right? Anyway, Total Rubbish!

Was exactly what I expected as far as function and size. While the cable is on the short side for my desk and very hard to straighten fully, the device itself works great. I've had no issues with anything connected to it, and no noticeable loss of speed, data or function. Good deal!

nothing too special about this hub, it does what it's supposed to and is of fairly decent quality.

It works fine with only one printer attached. I tried to attach two printers to it without any success. Other than that, this is a great addition to my print server at home

I just plugged it into one of my USB slots in the back of my system and started adding additional USB devices. Everything worked. My only complaint is the cord should be a little longer for easier access.

Worked as soon as I plugged it in but went out within 10 minutes. Good thing I bought a second one which is still working. THe only problem at this point is that the ports are very close together so when I have the wireless adapter plugged in, I can only use one other port.

Recently purchased a new laptop. Only had 2 usb ports. Purchased this hub and it works great. would reccomend this to anyone needing extra usb ports.

This product is good but not amazing. Right now I have a mouse, my iPhone 3G, and my 640 GB External HDD hooked in to it. At first when you hook it in you need to give it at least a minute to warm up, then when you hook something in, give it a good 10 seconds to be fully recognized, then you will be good to go. I do not recommend using this to transfer files as it takes many tries, it took me 5 tries to get my iPhone to be synced to iTunes but only 1 to get my external hard drive read. After about 10 minutes of use, this hub performs very well and does everything I want it to. I am using this on an Early 2008 White MacBook 2.1 GHz laptop, plugged into a power source it performs amazingly. I definitely recommend this.

a compact device that provides easy desktop access to USB ports..add a piece of velcro attach to your desktop and you've got up front capability with any desktop. Cord is short (about 24'') so if you are going to locate it at any distance from your computer u will need an extension

This hub worked right out of the box. Absolutely no setup, just plug it in and go. It's very, very small so it can be tucked out of the way to hide all the USB cables you've got plugged into it. Excellent value.

It's cheap and it has 4 ports. That's why you want this hub. It does its job but I have one complaint: the USB jacks are too close together so you can't utilize two jacks next to each other unless the devices are no wider than the USB plug itself. That means most flash drives won't fit next to each other. HOWEVER, It does come with a good cable that's a few feet long which is longer than some of the competitors' cables and this was the real selling point for me.

I bought one of these about five or six months ago... suddenly, it doesn't recognize anything thats pulled into it. I now have to be juggling the four ports on my laptop so where was the sense of buying this product? For six months of satisfaction? If you want something that work for over a year or two, it is not for you.
