Too low cost to return? Not compatible with HD signals. Takes the HD out of HDMI. My brand new blue ray couldn't detect the HDMI, so I swapped the HDMI from my DVR. The blue ray then worked. The DVR was then capable to connect to my Tv for typical definition broadcasts, but I can't see or hear HD channels. Perhaps I was unlucky, but as for now, it's the WORST Ŭ I've ever spent. Great luck if you determine to order this.
