I have experienced in the past, with Molex plugs, wires not becoming crimped tightly, and very easily falling out. This is not the case with this product; I was pleased to see the wires had been crimped tight. The sata cable operates good.

My S.A.T.A. 18" Serial A.T.A. cable kit will be utilised for the installation of my internal C.D. player/burner, because we applied its cable to install my new 500 Gig difficult drive. This kit must have been included with the 500 Gig challenging drive. Can't wait--thanks.

Straightforward to install and enjoy the adapter. Nada eSata Cable may well only be PVC but so far haven't lost any information on burning.

Not considerably to say except that the cables appear and really feel nicely produced. They fit just right. The power cable is snug and fits firmly, as opposed to some truly inexpensive ones I've observed prior to. None If you want it then get it. The excellent is more than acceptable for the DIY builder.

I purchased this cable set about three months ago when upgrading an old PC that had a SATA data plug on the motherboard, but did not have a SATA power plug nor was there a SATA data cable in the box. The old hard drive was IDE, and it had finally died. I hooked this up with a WD Caviar Black 500GB, and it worked flawlessly. In fact, I just ordered this again for upgrading another old computer just like the first one that has hard drive issues.
