This is just the adapter to convert a laptop's output to an HDMI cable. It worked flawlessly. Note that apple laptops DO NOT output audio thru the display port although they should - the displayport spec supports audio. You'll have to rig up an additional wire from the headphone jack to get audio out! Get on the ball apple!
