Cons:No CLI like Catalyst/Nexus series, but that's OK. The SG300 series from Cisco have a Nexus like CLI and layer 3.One caveat however is that Cisco claims 8 LAG/LACP groups, but really only 4. You can have up to 8 ports in each though.

Excellent switch. Provides everything layer 2 you could want or need. Sure, I could have saved a couple hundred and bought a netgear on sale, but it doesn't have the same features. - LACP- STP/RSTP- 802.1x- RMON- port mirroring, plus many other features. Plus it's a Cisco. A rock solid switch thus far. You can also get a SMARTNET on it if you want.
