Absolutely amazing. I wish I had known about mechanical keyboards earlier! Being in university, I have to type a ton of essays and do a lot of general computer use needed therefore I use my computer a lot to do lengthy amounts of typing. Now i have yet to master touch typing and this is the first mechanical keyboard I have used but I can certainly say, it's better than any logitech or other high end dome membrane based keyboards! I have not used the numpad as I do not use excel or work with numbers enough to need it, so i opted to get something smaller and that would take up less room on my small desk. I'm really happy with it! I've looked into the black widow and heard a number of reviews saying it wasn't the most sturdiest mechanical keyboard. I perused mechanical keyboards and read about different companies such as Filco, Ducky and the like. I've read that this keyboard is very similar to Filco and it is really cheap, comparatively! Anyway, I'm extremely impressed with the keyboard and I need the ANSI layout (the big backspace, the smaller Enter and all the like) unlike the Steelseries and a few others. Absolutely great- if it were to break- by me driving my car over it- I'd buy another!

This is my first mechanical keyboard. Very easy to type with. Great feedback. Love the sound of every keystroke. I'm using it to play games like LoL, BF3, TF2, SC2. If you are looking into buying a mechanical keyboard, and dont have a lot of money to spend. This is your keyboard.

Coolermaster Cmstorm Quick Fire Rapid Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Black USB
Cons:* No rubber grippers on the extendable feet means the keyboard doesn't stay in place as well as it could.* No asterisk key except by hitting shift+8, this is somewhat annoying.* LED's showing CAPS Lock, Game Mode, and Scroll Lock are annoyingly bright.* No media keys without use of the Function key. This is somewhat annoying, but only a minor inconvenience at worst.

Pros:* Feels great to type on, Cherry MX blue switches are very nice.* No numpad saves a lot of space and wont be missed by most people.* Feels great to type on.* One of the cheapest mechanical keyboards around.* Good build quality.* Game mode button to disable Windows Key* Extremely responsive typing experience compared to membrane keyboards.
Comment:
I bought this keyboard to replace my old G15. I miss the LCD screen, but that isn't too bad. I am considering buying a G13 to replace the screen and macro keys, so that isn't that big of an issue. The switch from a membrane keyboard to a mechanical keyboard was amazing. Typing feels much more responsive, it makes typing on a membrane keyboard feel "mushy" in comparison. This seems like a great keyboard for those who are looking into breaking into the wonderful world of mechanical keyboards. The only real issues I have with the keyboard is the lack of the asterisk key without hitting shift+8 and the brightness of the LED indicator lights.

Coolermaster Cmstorm Quick Fire Rapid Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Black USB
Cons:None

Pros:-Tenkeyless Form Factor-Cherry MX Blue switches (might be available with REDs in NA)-Built quality and design very much the same, if not better than the Filco Majestouch (Same manufacturer)
Comment:
Bought this keyboard when it was first released in N/A to replace my DAS that was just too large for my tastes (any keyboard with a numpad is too big imo). The timming couldn't of been better since the DAS suddendly died (could of been either a bad solder join or internal PS failure) on me approximately 3 days before I got the CM QuickFire. While suprised and quite dissapointed in the DAS for the sudden failure in a keyboard that cost me about $150, I was happy too see that CM produced a equally good keyboard for about 2/3 the price in a form factor that I prefer. Both keyboards sport Cherry MX Blue keys and both feel similar when it comes to typing. The keyboard feel study and strong and the casing doesn't have any gloss finish that may get dirty with use. Its important to note that I bought the DAS from NCIX and the RMA process was painless(got a new one and I do like the keyboard), the CM Rapid Fire was purchased elsewhere because at the time only one Canadian retailer had them in stock. Cons:Nothing (unless you want a numpad.. but then why even buy this keyboard?)

Pros:Cherry switches, not glossy (no smudges),
Comment:
If you don't need/want a number pad or backlighting, then this is probably the best no frills mechanical keyboard you can get for the price.

Coolermaster Cmstorm Quick Fire Rapid Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Black USB
Cons:-Cherry Blue (if you don't like)-No Macro keys (if you're looking for those)-Not the best feeling keys (PBT keys would feel better)

Pros:+Great Build Quality+Price (compared to other similar quality tenkeyless models)+Cherry Blue (if you like the clicky/sound of it)+Red WASD cluster included+USB Cable detachable +NKRO via PS2
Comment:
You will not find a better/well built TKL (Tenkeyless) Keyboard on the market at this price range. If you enjoy Cherry Blue switches, these are some of the best. Definitely feel better than Razer BlackWidow and as good as Filco Cherry Blues.Great keyboard from left to right, very happy with my purchase. If you're looking for 'fancy' things like backlighting, wrist rest, extra USB ports etc, look elsewhere. This is a solid, reliable, mechanical keyboard that looks and types great and allows for your mouse to be a lot closer to the midpoint of your desk/body.
