Coolermaster Fan RR-HT2-28PK-R1 Hyper T2 Heatsink CPU Cooler LGA1150/FM2+/FM2/AM3+/AM3
Cons:bracket pins are the worst piece of hardware I've ever used in my life. seriously.

Pros:The fact that it actually says to the motherboard solidly is impressive.
Comment:
The heatsink is nice, with two actual copper direct contact pipes. however, the bracket pins for lga 1150 is complete garbage. of the 4 pins, one was messed up where i could keep turning it (with much effort) and it keeps clicking, preventing it from actually clipping into the board, making it impossible to remove after installing (unless you push out the black spike manually from the back, which risks damaging the motherboard). Next, one of the other pins (white part) actually BENT while installing the heatsink. like serious. how poop does it have to be to bend. unlike stock intel heatsinks, the poor quality makes it next to impossible to remove (i tried turning the pins like on stock heatsinks). So i basically out of 4 pins, i have one that wont clip in, another thats broken, and 2 that works. surprisingly, it actually held into place solidly. in the process, i nicked myself a dozen times and broke a nail trying to remove one of the pins. temperature wise, it stayed the same as stock, but likely only because i changed the fan to a dualfan pushpull (but currently one fan isnt working cuz i need to buy an adapter). tldr;heatsink+fan amazin 10/10 for the pricelga 1150 pins? garbage 0/10. no idea how well the amd one works.

Cons:none

Pros:great bang for buck, big thing in a small package
Comment:
I recently replaced my stock heat sink that came with my amd fx 6300 with this cooler master hyper t2. With the stock heat sink my rig was idling at a rather high 46c, and to my surprise after installation (using the included thermal paste) she idles averaging 20c! Very impressive for a "compact Heat sink" i never expected this much for 20 dollars.
