Corsair Flash Voyager Slider USB 3.0 128G USB Drive
Cons:Slide close mechanism doesn't feel that secure

Pros:Painless recognition in Windows 8.1, holds stated capacity at higher than usb2.0 speeds when using 3.0
Comment:
My first usb3.0 drive so I can't compare the speed to others but it is certainly an upgrade to the drawer-fulls of old usb2.0 thumbdrives I've been used to. Fat32 formatted capacity = 115gb.

Corsair Flash Voyager Slider USB 3.0 128G USB Drive
Cons:Very slow transfer speeds; writes at 31.3mb/s not acceptable for a "USB3.0" claim.

Pros:Large capacity
Comment:
This item is a TOTAL dud - don't buy it. I bought two of them on sale for "$59.99 each save $30". I should have bought none and saved $120. To make it even worse, the first one I plugged into my computer did not initialize. A complete failure, not even recognized in Windows Disc Manage. The second one showed "drivers loading" right away, and looked good. I tried writing a video file of 2.62 GB; it started out at about 60mb/s then dropped to 31.3mb/s. Totally feel ripped off.On the other hand, I have several Mushkin Ventura Pro's at 64GB capacity each. Those things ROCK, thank you Mushkin.I use a lot of other Corsair products and consider them a great company. They really flopped on this USB drive though.
