Corsair Vengeance M90 Performance MMO / RTS Gaming Mouse 15 Button 5700DPI Laser Sensor
Cons:The software is not very good. I got this mouse early on and the macro software was very glitchy. They've since patched it and it is much more functional, but not usable. While you can get most of what you want done, it is still tedious to deal with the software. The teflon feet on the bottom of the mouse are very smooth, but pick up a ton of dust around their edges, which is a bit difficult to clean. The two buttons on the outside edge of the left click are unweildy to use. Corsair seems to have taken this cue from Razer, but the buttons wern't any good there either. Hopefully in future products Corsair will refine the design.

Pros:The build quality of this mouse is superb, with the aluminum baseplate, softtouch finish which doesnt pick up many fingerprints, and a solid scroll wheel. The braided cord is sturdy, and of a decent length.I had no problems with the tracking, and the thumb buttons are nicely laid out, particularly in contrast with the Razer Naga, which I had trouble finding where I was in the thumb grid. The lighting is nice but not overpowering, though I'd prefer to be able to disable the corsair logo light.
Comment:
This is a wonderfully built mouse. Very comfortable, and sturdy. A few points of the design could be improved and the software is lacking, but if you're looking for a solid peice of hardware This is a good pick.

Corsair Vengeance M90 Performance MMO / RTS Gaming Mouse 15 Button 5700DPI Laser Sensor
Cons:Buttons near the thumb feel a bit to much.

Pros:VERY comfortableLooks greatGreat build quality

This is probably the best mouse I have ever owned. I like it more than the logitech G9. Even though I think it has too many buttons, others like that and I got this mouse for how comfortable it is, so I didn't take any stars off the score.

Corsair Vengeance M90 Performance MMO / RTS Gaming Mouse 15 Button 5700DPI Laser Sensor
Cons:- Software (no all bad, I explain below)- Thumb buttons are a bit stiff, making them hard to press until you get the feel of the mouse. They feel significantly different from the main left and right buttons.- There should be some additional docs to get you started with the software.

Pros:- Solid contruction, and cool overall design, aluminum is a nice touch giving the mouse a good weight.- Long braided cable.- Just the right amount of led lighting (personal preference I know, but it works for me)- Programmable buttons, lot of customization.- Excellent response and sensitivity, and easy to adjust to your liking.- The mouse wheel. It is the smoothest one I have ever used.

I figured since this was on sale again, I had better get my review in. I agree with another review that I am perplexed as to why there are the strong negative reviews here (unless your M90 was broken of course). I find this mouse to be very well designed and contructed, feels great in the hand during extended gaming sessions of MMOs and SCII, and overall it's an improvement over my previous Razor Naga. I liked the Naga, but my biggest issue with that one was I never found the thumb buttons as useful as I thought I would because I just couldn't find the one I wanted without looking. The button arrangement on the M90 is landscaped well around your thumb with each button feeling slightly different based on its position and size. Excellent design I think, and I have had better success with it already. It would be an improvement if the thumb buttons were a bit softer/easier to press, and more consistent in feel with the left and right buttons. Until I got used to their feel, I would inadvertently right click while trying to grip the mouse to use my thumb. Perhaps Corsair will address this in future. Not a deal breaker, but you should be aware. Now, the software. The software is quite full featured when you learn your way around, but be prepared to start in up and go "Huh??!!" and then spend some time Googling to learn how to use it. Corsair has resources on their forums that are useful, and even some profiles you can download for some popular games, but some included docs or a reference to a direct link to their site where a software user manual was available (there isn't one that I could find by the way) would be a huge asset to get a person started. Once you learn it though, it works well, and should satisfy most people's needs.ONE BIG WARNING: Watch out for the Lift setting! There is a setting in the software to allows you to set how high you need to lift the mouse before it "thinks" you've lifted it. The default normal or medium setting did not work for me at all. It resulted in the mouse being very jittery and seeming non-responsive. Once I set it to high or very-high everything worked as expected.Overall, I am very happy with this mouse, and I would recommend it to others. Plus on sale, it's a pretty sweet deal!
