Great RAM, good small enhance to an older system. None what so ever. Critical is 1 I have relied on for years to fulfill my memory requirements. Cost could be much better on this old stuff.

This memory has the identical specs than the "Apple certified" ram (compare the specs). Did the Apple hardware test and it passed.It works excellent easy to install.Enhanced my cs3 efficiency -now I got 4gigs :).The other ram is patriot also bought fronm newegg. none so far I wish that the mail in rebate would had been $xx as an alternative of $xx. The rebate for the 1 gig stick is $xx soo.. 2 sticks need to had been $xx. Better some rebate than no rebate at all

Installed simply. Worked with no adjustments required. None. This is my second pair set of RAM from Vital, bought by way of Newegg. It installs easily and is dependable. (Only replaced the old pair mainly because the newer mainboard can deal with one thing quicker.)

It constantly functions with out a hitch. I didn't get it in the very first spot. Been employing Vital for several years. Purchased a various brand for three builds and of course nothing but grief for all of them at some point. I know much better than that, just wanted to try sometthing various and paid twice for it. Usually rely on Vital.

RAM is operating extremely well for my HP program. Hp demands RAM to be installed in Set Pairs". Would purchase more if my HP would permit four GB. (HP only recommends 2 GB Max) Check your systems requirements to see if you will need to install in "Pairs".

First set had 1 poor stick but Newegg replaced them. Go get the Critical if you are asking me for recommandations. I constantly have superior luck with micron chips, a small expensive although. I have tried some other brand of mem sticks provides unbelievable high failure rate. The Computer failed to load windows and blue screening me. Just recall you get what you spend for. I want my Pc quickly and stable, but stability is more essential. Crucial has accomplished that brilliantly. Requirements deeper pocket.

Comments: The modules work as advertised but the chips are Samsung not Micron. I expected it to be Micron revision D's but the are just run of the mill Samsung. They work okey and have a very good warenty but absolutely nothing outstanding about it.

Low latency, does the job and does it properly. Screams. Zero setup issues. I have some heavy video processing applications and this, coupled with a X2 4200+, high end Epox mobo, 2 GF7900 GT's in SLi push two monitors plus a HD projector without breaking a sweat. That setup with Vegas will method raw video from a Firestore at about a 1Ɉ ratio ྯ seconds to method 1 minute of direct to edit video). I am a complete novice so I wanted simple and dependable. Vital has a superior name, and their website confirmed it would function with my motherboard. It was delivered on time, plugged in, and booted up with out issues. I upgraded from 2x256 to 1x1G for video editing. Seems significantly faster and smoother now, no challenging numbers to back claim although. None but. Technique does appear to boot a little slower, but I feel that is due to an additional tough drive that was installed shortly after these. Once running, it doesnt stall and switches between programs without delays. Vital verifying these would function with my motherboard prior to I ordered was a plus. Surprise compatibility issues truly suck.
