Pros:definatly speeds up opening programs. a good way of using existing magnetic drives with the boost of a ssd.

I am using 2 sata II 640 gig drives in a raid 0 array. adding the ssd adrenaline drive definitly boosted the system. it even increased the windows experience index on the hard drive rating from 5.9 to 6.1.
