Got this RAM as part of a major upgrade... looks good, performs excellent, timings are best in class. LEDs are green and flash to the activity level. XMP profile required for the full 1600Mhz, but no glitches. Only thing I didn't like was having to get it direct from warehouse - not a big deal if you are ordering via web though.
