I could not ask for a better product. My wife who is not very technical was interested on how this memory was going to help her laptop. She installed it, and said was that it. Now when she uses her spreadsheets with the additional memory, she just says wow! how much faster.

Even though my Inspiron 6000 manual said it wanted a max of 1 GB per slot, putting a 2 GB SODIMM in one slot works great. Too bad the memory on the laptop maxed out at 2 GB.

Fast as always. Dropped the ram in my daughters Asus 1005 net book before booting it for the first time so i cant say it made it faster but reconized it right away and works great.

I have an Asus M51sn-c1, which I upgraded the processor and HD. I just installed 64 bit Vista Premium and wanted to go from 3gig to 4, without paying through the nose. Apart from the GPU, this lappy is just about as fast as my i7 desktop and that's really saying something - especially since I have all of the Asus utilities loaded up. :)Crucial's website even lists various notebooks and the RAM compatability - so, no need to guess.
