Great sticks of RAM that go nicely with my AMD 5200+ computer that is used strictly as a media center and for gaming. They've given me no problems so far at regular voltages. Definitely not good for overclocking, but I definitely don't expect that for the great price. 2Gb of this RAM, along with my processor and and 8800GT 512mb, on an optimized version of Windows XP plays Crysis flawlessly at 720p resolutions. If you are upgrading (downgrading?) to Vista, you are definitely going to want to go with at least 2 times 2 gig sticks of this RAM to ensure playable framerates. NCIX shipped these fast, but I didn't like the plastic non-anti-static bag they came in. |

Purchased this for my HTPC and couldn't be happier. It works at 1.8v (something that can't be said about a lot of other DDR2), runs cool and works perfectly. Pairing two in dual channel worked for me, even though they were from differing batches. I keep a stick on hand for system builds, where the BIOS has DDR2 voltage set to 1.8v and your RAM needs 2.2v to boot. Pop this stick in, change the voltage, put in new RAM and you're good to go! |

Okay, considering how much I got these for, I wasn't expecting much. However, I have been running these sticks at 800MHz CAS 5 with no problems whatsoever in my HTPC for three months now.It's the cheapest 1GB sticks of DDR2 available at NCIX, and it's an excellent choice to go with your low-budget builds (Celeron 220-240/E1200-E2200, Intel Atom, etc.). Don't hesitate to buy this RAM! |

this has been great ram, I ordered two stick with my Gigabyte GA-945GCM-SC2 board and Intel E2180, and it all worked right out of the box with no problems what so ever, NICX even gave me two consecutive serial#'s so the ram run in Dual Channel with no problems at all. NCIX has a $5 off instant rebate right now to make this an even better deal, and I price matched it to get an additional dollar off each stick. |

Its good to know that its made by a reputable manufacturer, and is going to be better than some unknown brand name stick of ram at the local computer store. I bought this ram because it was only ten dollars. Bought it just to have it as a reserve, might give it to a friend. It's good. With such a price, it's a steal. The only grudge I have with it is that it came in an anti-static bag, just like some other ram i bought at NCIX. Kinda weird and crappy, specially from NCIX. Nothing more to say about it.
