I have had one of these old cards in a home built for 8 years now and it is still in daily use. I am glad to see however with the new one that they put a larger heatsink on them, mine has an old processor fan rubber-banded to it to keep it cool

Purchased this for my ancient Gateway due to the fact that the fan was malfunctioning on the old card. Works great, no problems.

I put this card in my computer, to replace a card that is failing. This card would not allow the computer to go past the setup screen. I tried several times. By taking the card out and, re-seating it in the slot. No wonder the card was only $30.

I used to have this in my old computer before i got my new computer. I had the time of my life back then with this thing! it played call of duty maxed out, battlefield 1942 on all medium 800x600 res. and if you imagine this... combat flight simulator 3 on all medium graphics!! It was great back then and costed WAY more than it does now. so If you like combat flight simulator and keep getting ''ERR. The video device does not meet requirements'' THEN THIS IS FOR YOU!! THATS WHY I BOUGHT IT!
