Bought this card to upgrade a Dell Inspiron desktop running Vista 64 with 4 gig of RAM. It works great! I read a bunch of posts on power concerns for the power supply and having a card like this but it has not been an issue for me. I have this card plus 3 HDD in the machine and it works just fine with 350W power supply. I am using dual monitors with this card each at different resolutions (1680x1050 and 1600x1024) and the card handles that perfectly (VISTA 64).

sure the tech might be a little old compared to whats coming out and such, but if u want a stable card for a cheap price, this is prob it.

Bought this card to replace a V-card gone bad in my old computer (AMD Athlon 64). Connected to 720p HDTV as monitor. Easy to install and configure. Works quite well with XP Home and Ubuntu 9.04. Thanks for pleasant shopping and expedient ground delivery.

I own previous EVGA cards {6200, 8500GT two of them} and just purchased in January a 9500GT. This card is awesome. It's in a nforce mobo with an AMD 6000 3.1 GHZ cpu, 4 gigs of memory, running on win XP. Was on a budget for a new card, after spotting this and knowing of EVGA quality and never having one hiccup had to make purchase. Play lots of games on my pc, all my call of duty games and all half life games and and left 4 dead flawlessly. Will eventualy upgrade video card and psu, but untill then will roll with this card. If you cannaot afford high end card purchase this card it is awesome!!!! What are you Waiting for GET IT NOW!!!!

This is a great card for 50 bucks. It is a major improvement over the integrated card I had in my system. A little problem with the fan but for the price, what can you expect?

I got this card because I had to save some money for a monitor and a couple other things. It's actually much better than I was led to believe. I can play Oblivion with most settings on max with framerates hardly dropping below 50fps. It plays Fable and Black&White2 really well too. For the cost I'd say it's really not a bad little card if your monitor is 20in or less. Runs fairly cool and is pretty quiet. If you're looking for a decent card under $100 consider giving this one a try.

it's not crazy, but it is a great improvement over the 8300gs (non-retail card) that my dell came with. runs TFT 2 and Half-Life 2 around 30-40 fps with arthroscopic filtering and AA X4 on high details with bloom effects at resolutions above 1280x800. comes with some nifty tuning software. Should handle more recent games in medium details at decent resolution. runs on a 300 watt power supply w/ the old 110W anthlon x2's.all in all, if you don't want to upgrade your 300W PSU but you want better graphics the 9500gt is a good way to go.

cant complain. for 50 bucks? i mean at frys this card is about 70 bucks? WEI rating of 5.9 graphics and 5.4 gaming graphics. Would recommend to everyday/gaming.

This video card is really awesome! It is better than I thought it would be! I have had it for about a year and a half now and it still works great, but I have been getting a few errors about graphics, but my computer has been acting different lately, I doubt it is the video card. One day I opened my computer up because it was messing up because it was overheating, and found the transparent sticker that protects the logo and stuff that is on the fan on my motherboard, it was a bit melted or something, and when I pulled it out it worked fine again. This was a very good video card for a great price!

Card is Amazing For Price. I play COD4,5 60-50 fps maxed out no lag. Crysis on high (xp pro x64)30-40 fps no lag. Card is nice would buy again but i'm going for overkill next =P

Source engine games = Fine. CS:S is up to 300FPS, not kidding, the lowest in TF2 is 40FPS when there's a bunch of explosions, usually closer to 60 or 70. Fallout 3 sticks to 60 FPS on high settings, haven't tried ultra. Most likely be higher, but VSYNC wouldn't turn off. Can't run COD : WaW for it's life. 20-23 FPS, even with overclock. So while I wait for a new one, I guess I can't play call of duty. But any other games work fine =p

This GPU is amazing for what it is. I can not believe that it performs this well for $44.00. Most places I have seen this card says that it is a ''low end card'' but from what I have seen that is not entirely true. I ran COD4 on max with an average of 40-50 fps. take off the 4x anti and it jumps to 60+. also Gears of War looks great maxed out 50 fps. I also tried Crysis..... on high textures some features on med and pulled off an amazing 25-30 fps on this card! Now the rest of My specs on my machine are 2.6 ghz intel core 2 duo, 6 gigs of ram (ddr2). Even if you are a hard core gamer but you are on budget, you will not be dissapointed. The only Con is that the cooling fan is small so I would not recommend extreme overclocking with the stock fan. Great job to Nvidia and EVGA for making such a great gpu for this price and thank you Tiger Direct for providing it!!!!

I bought a new pc but ran on a 6150 so i decided to go with this one it was cheap and looked good. turned out to be the best choice for me since i was on a a budget. highly recommended to everybody that wants to upgrade and is on a budget. Also i can play games on max setting wit no lag (running on a triple core vsita x64 premium) runns smoothly

I love it. It was a great deal for a 9000 series nvidia. However, I am having difficulties with it freezing when i am playing games. The graphics quality is fine, but it will freeze on certain levels of Star Wars Battlefront 2. I am currently waiting for tech support to email me back, so i haven't given up hope yet.

I recieved this product just today, and I tried it out on Flight Simulator X both delux and accelleration and it worked beautifly, much better than the 128mb intergrated Geforce a BIG difference. Its Vista rating is a 5.9 on ''Graphics'' and a 5.4 on ''Gaming Graphics'' which is pretty good, not the best but a very nice rating. Overall I love this card especially for its price, even though there are few cheaper cards that are also 9500Gt and 512mb this one is definatelly worth the few extra bucks. Great brand with the most reliable products so you know this thing will last and even then it still comes with its lifetime warrenty. I recomend to everybody who likes to have a smooth running computer and for the gamers its a pretty good card(Not for serious gamers but for the above avarage gamer). In honesty i expected alot more from this video card...As i had an Evga 8800GT i expected this to perform better and it definately doesnt. If you buy it on sale as i did you do get an exceptional multimedia card for watching dvds etc and playing low end games but in honesty this cards a downer for playing WOW and other games....Im dumping this into a vista machine i have here for resale and going back to my 8800Also to get the rebate we were told to clip our upc code off and send in.....now none of us who did have warranty through EVGA thanks NCIX!!!!!

evga makes the best video card Overall, a good card for the price. Great upgrade for the low end consumer who doesn't want to spend money on new video card.......... but it 's still worth it. just research it
