I am very pleased with the GPU. I am displeased with NCIX in the manner in which they're selling/promoting this card. One of the factors that went into purchasing this card was the "free EVGA backplate with registration". When you click on the EVGA link it says "VALID ONLY ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED BEFORESEPTEMBER 30TH, 2013 UPON REGISTRATION." At the time of purchase, this statement was NOT on evga's site. So I naturally assumed I would be getting a free backplate. I wrote to NCIX about the matter and they were of no use to my issue and deflected the matter. I am unsure if this is NCIX's problem or EVGA's problem. Regardless, NCIX is falsely advertising this promotion. I encourage them to address the matter asap. |
