properly it arrived and looks awsome in the package by far not the fault of g.skill but memory was shipped in a bubble package not a box so needless to say some carless ups guy stepped on it or it was at the bottom of a lot of packages on a ups truck but it came damaged beyond use and now i have to spend to ship it back. Now in what way is this my fault and must i have to spend to ship this back on top of having to wait for newegg to obtain my bad stix before shipping out a replacement so now i had to pay fedex 17 bucks so that id have it to the egg quick sufficient to get my replacement set in a decent time positive i coulda paid much less but i dnt want to wait two weeks for a replacement set bc it took 7 days to get to them so again what a pain i shouldnt be responsable for return shipping if it was carrier damaged. i will re overview the product when i get a set that ups or whatever carrier they make a decision to ship it with this time delivers a package that they dont determine to break

When I bought it, it was fifty dollars. Wow how a lot they have gone up. I accidentally purchased two kits, but now glad I did. Wished I had ordered far more. They are in a servers that run 24ǝ. Runs at stated speeds, timing and voltage, effective heat spreader, extremely cool under sustained load. No comparison to my preceding hot-running pair of two.2V Ballistix. Really feel like I paid too much @ ๮, but that's just poor timing on my component. Must have loaded up on this stuff last fall. CPU-Z shows the SPD EPP on these to be four,four,four,12,36 (tRC),2T @ 1.9V. My EVGA 750i BIOS only goes up to 31 tRC. I decided to set tRC to "auto" to see what occurred and it posted at 23. I torture tested that setting Ɣ,4,four,12,23,2T @ 1.9V, no OC) for 12 hours in Prime 95 "Blend" and 12 hours in Orthos "Large FFTs" with zero errors. I could test additional, but I'm pretty satisfied that tRC 23 works fine. Will see if any problems arise... EVGA 750i F*W w. Core two Duo E7200 @ three.8 GHz ƙ.5 x 400) etc.

100% stable at four-four-four-12, just be positive to set these timings manually when the memory is in your system. five-five-five-15 is enabled by default for compatibility purposes, as not all mobos can truly accept the 1st set of timings.These heatspreaders aren't huge like the PI ones - and therefore - they in fact fit really nicely underneath my oversized-and-silent Thermalright "TRUE" Extreme Black 120mm heatsink (for the CPU). Though this setup was a critical p.i.t.a. to assemble (long story...generally I used "doglips s-clip mod" [google that], and had to grind the s-clip that I ordered for a unique TR heatsink JUST to face it towards the back exhaust of the case), now that it's all total with push-pull silent fans really fitting over the RAM, I'm really pleased that it is completely stable. SO QUIET!! :D The price tag has gone up drastically. I purchased both of my packs at 70 every single, I believe, which was even greater than 55, which I saw more than the summer. Oh well, at least I didn't get too burned.You will truly want to move on to DDR3 now if you're buying a new system - production capacities have ramped up considerably, and it will soon be less costly! good heatsink to keep it cool, overclocks well, no dilemma with the mobo identifying em.. timing wise none that are aparent Truly tall heatsinks...cant use 1st slot due to interfearence with my v8 cooler. that issue comes with all high performance ram with heatsinks. got these to take some load off of my memory controller with four 1g sticks of corsair xms2 that would continually crash when overclocked and encoding videos.. now i can overclock.. just have them operating at 1ghz.. playing it safe. stable with a minor voltage boost
