Pros: - Good build quality from gigabyte- Great performance for the price Comment:
Very good card around 25$, good option if you have basic needs such as watching movies and oldschool gaming. I wouldn't buy this card at full price though. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:
-Not good for gaming obviously
Pros: -HDMI-512MB Comment:
Well I needed a cheap graphics card for an older PC that I needed HDMI on. Quiet so far, and doesn't have any problems playing high def .mkv files. Tried to do a bit of light gaming on it, seems to be able to handle older games on low/medium settings, but not recommended for gaming. Great for HTPCs if your motherboard didn't come with a decent chipset with HDMI. |
robbie197897 Rating: Review Date: 04/02/10 |
Excellent for HTPCs
Comment:
This video card had things that would make it a very ideal HTPC card. Firstly it has its own onboard audio processor so if you want t do HDMI to your TV its definitely for you. Installation was very much painless though with the audio drivers it did take a while to look but if you are good at exploring CD' you can find it under drivers. My only real complaints is that I have not tested it for DVD playback since I am still using windows MCE2005 (planning o upgrade soon) But a copy of a decoder like say power DVD would have been great for the price. Overall I would highly recommend this card |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:- Not For Gaming.
Pros:- Better Than Some Onboard Video.- Inexpensive.- HDMI. Comment:
Bought this card to put in a tower I am selling that does not have onboard video. The card does what it is supposed to, and no, the person who buys the tower will not use it for gaming. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:active cooling, not the best for HTPC
Pros:low profile bracket included, hardware 1080p playback Comment:
Works fine like typical Radeon 4350 card. Pre-overclocked slightly by 50Mhz.If you are looking for LP card for HTPC, Sapphire fanless Radeon 4550 is a better choice. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:-Not going to be running anything really high-end on this
Pros:-Remarkable power for the price! Comment:

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:none.
Pros:With native HDMI port, 512MB DDR2 memory Comment:
It is not for gaming although it has 512MB memory. Its idle temp is around 55 degree. Now it is working very good but I worry about its fan is not very durable. If you can get $10 MIR, you paid $35 for it, so in this price this card is a good buy. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:None.
Pros:Performs excellently with older games (~2005) and very good with the new ones as well. Comment:
Before this video card, I was with a pixel shader 2.0 onboard one and an upgrade to Radeon HD 4350 made a huge difference to the performance of the games I play.Considering the price I payed for this card, I wasn't expecting much, but I was quite surprised when I tried Bioshock. The card was handling the game on the highest quality settings (800x600 resolution) without a noticeable frame rate problem. I also tried some other older games like Half - Life 2 which, of course, ran on higher resolution better.I haven't tried the HDMI or the VGA port, but I expect them to run fine. The manufacturer overclock to 650 Mhz doesn't provoke an overheating, as the cards maintains a steady 40° C when idle and around 48° C at full load, even when the fan is set to 24%, which improves its lifespan. In conclusion, if you are looking for a low cost upgrade to your onboard gpu, but that also performs very well, consider this card. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:Would have preferred fanless
Pros:HDMI and DVI output, low-profile bracket Comment:
Good card for an HTPC or for an office computer with a dual-monitor setup. The HDMI and DVI connectors can be used simultaneously. To the reviewer who commented that the driver download from Gigabyte was slow, try downloading from Russia HTTP link that Gigabyte provides - it's much faster. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:Not a gaming card
Pros:A leap ahead of the onboard video on what will become a HTPC. VALUE Comment:
This card is perfect for a HTPC build. It has low power requirements, around 20-25 watts, which is excellent for small form factor brand PCs with small PSUs. The low profile bracket is included, and the card itself makes very little noise. Of course, it is not a gaming card, but it can play games, much better than the onboard video. This card gets 5 stars because it's dirt cheap, and is still a quality product for light gaming and HTPC. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:VGA connector is wired in making it look kind of low end.
Pros:HDMI & DVI native, price, factory OC, good amount of ram (512MB) Comment:
Matches the blue of my Gigabyte motherboard. Gigabytes driver download was slow. Had to use newer driver then the CD to get my resolution correct. Did some testing with 3D Mark 2006 and it didn't crash or show any artifacts like I have seen before with some other factory OC cards. Figured this cheap add in card has to be better then any on board and am happy with the choice. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:Not really suited for intense gaming but that should be obvious.
Pros:SmallQuietAffordableCan run 3D games better than I thought Comment:
I got this to replace an old card that died. It handles full 1080p video with no problem and I can game some with it at very respectable settings for what it is. More than I expected I could in a 3D game at 1920x1200. I also haven't noticed a sound from it. For $35 after rebate I think this is a great value. It can do more than my 3 year old $300 card could. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:- Fanless please!- Rebate...
Pros:- Cheap- Supports 2560*1600- HDMI + DVI support- Single slot Comment:
Obviously, this video card is not targeted for gamers. I bought this card for backup purposes. I upgrade often and I need a video card to keep me afloat in the process. I may use this video card in a HTPC system someday. This review was modfied by poster @ 06-26-09 05:14 PM |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:not the greatest gaming performance
Pros:CheapHDMIHardware acceleration for videosGood HTPC card Comment:
Put this in a HTPC build, but actually wanted active cooling because it will probably be used a lot. Needed a card for light gaming, must have an HDMI out and must have active cooling, and this was perfect. It was really cheap too.So if you're looking for a card for the same reasons I was, this is perfect. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:Little loud than expected... loudest component in my PC.
Pros:Uses about 20 watts, Can work at PCI Ex1 speed, HDMI + DVI + VGA (Dual DVI!!!), Low profile with bracket included, Looks nice! :) Comment:
Good for video and low 3D gaming. ATI Powerplay lowers the energy use depending on usage: downclocks to the lowest setting 110MHz (GPU) and 198MHz (MEM) during video playback (2D Flash videos). Love the price with rebate :p. |

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4350 GV-R435OC-512I Video Card
Cons:A passive cooling design would be ideal
Pros:price is right Comment:
Bought one to play back HD video, performs well in this regard, I am not a gamer so the card serves me well, however, as I mentioned above, a passive cooling design would be ideal, anyway, the fan doesn't seem to emit too much noise, overall, a good buy. The mail-in rebate was processed fairly quickly too. |
