Bought this to accommodate my new Acer 22'' monitor on Compaq SR2172X. Even for me installation was easy. Performance has been super. Problems are non-existent.

Had it in for about a week - seems to work fine - no overheating issues, no need for bigger PS. Got it make my new Acer 22'' monitor come alive - it does just that. TV shows from hulu.com in HD look spectacular, google earth 3D is sweet. As this was my 1st time with a non-on-board video card, had to make the dreaded call to tech support to ask why it wouldn't work. Much to my surprise, the phone # on the box said ''local tech support - US/Canada''...I called, a real, mostly American-sounding guy (with a slight accent) answered on the first ring...told me what to do, had a good sense of humor (he laughed when I said, the key phrase is it ''should'' work...), and it did! Hallelujah! Great job Galaxy and TD!

I needed a video card as the ESX server I built can't use on-mobo video. What can I say, it works and I didn't even load a driver as the ESXi Sw loads a linux generic driver which works great. All the video you want for $20 a really good buy.
