I upgraded from an EVGA GTX 275, and holy crap, this thing just kicks ass. It runs every game I throw at it smooth as silk on max settings. BF3, Metro2033, Amnesia, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Serious Sam 3: BFE, anything.When I got this bad boy (a few hours after launch) it was $499. Now, compared to the HD7970 (which was about $540/550), this thing has way better performance/value. It beats the 7970 by about 5-25% in most games.I registered the card with Galaxy to get the 3 year extended warranty. I'd never bought from Galaxy before, nor had I even heard of them, but I like giving strange companies a shot sometimes. I don't regret buying from them one bit.I really don't know what else to say. This card is a beast and worth every penny. I'm SO glad I didn't buy another GTX580 after my first one blew up, because this thing pimpslaps the 580.BUY IT. ENJOY YOUR MANY PIXELS, SIR. |

It's a great upgrade from my GTX 470. The GTX 680 performs twice as well compared to the 470, and uses less power in the process. Plays all of the games I can throw at it flawlessly so far. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new GPU. |
