Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard I'm using an Itel E5300 along with this motherboard for a home server. I chose it over a Atom motherboard to have a little more expandability and I'm glad I did. I can stream movies to three different (Xbox, WD TV Lives) devices while backing up my computers and it dosen't miss a beat.

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard Upgraded from a ECS board with similar specs, the old board started failing at post every other boot 4 months after installation. Not only does this board work as Advertised but it blew my expectations away. Nothing but good things to say about Gigabyte, never had a problem with any of there hardware. on a side note if you have never installed a MB in your life there are very good instructions included, dont forget your antistatic strap if you dont have one!

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard I bought this motherboard as a combo deal with a Core 2 Duo E8200 processor to upgrade my current setup. The board contained ample slots and hookups to suit all my needs, and even has extra bonuses (up to 8 GB RAM, 4 SATA connectors, and the option to upgrade to Core 2 Quad without switching boards) makes this seem to be a solid product that will be used for a time to come.

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard My only issues with the MB relate to things that one could easily get from reading the specs prior to purchase: 1) The MB does not advertise PCIe 2.0 support. I'm guessing that this means that a PCIe 2.0 video card will run at the PCIe 1.0 transfer rate. 2) two slots for memory modules (not 4) due to very compact MB Nice feature: onboard video made initial setup easier and is probably good enough for most non-gamers.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Processor BX80580Q8400The Q8400 about max's out the capabilities of my old motherboard and memory. I've run benchmarks to stress the cpu while I observed the temperature and was well pleased. Core 0 hit 65 degrees centigrade but cooled quickly after the few peaks. And that was over-clocked to 3.2G. 40-38-39-37 are the current temps for the four cores still over-clocked. The stock fan is all I use and all I need. This is my fourth order and I have been happy with quality, price and delivery.

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard I originally was after an Asus, but they were all sold out on black friday. Built this into a new computer last week with corsair 4GB Ram and Intel duo E5200 CPU. Easy to assembly and works well. Bios seems solid. Onboard video and sound are adequate. Had trouble booting new hard drive with Win98 and winXP. Ordered Win7 OEM and it took off like a rocket. Plenty of room for future expansion. The only downside I see is no firewire.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Processor BX80580Q8400 This thing is a beast. I am running this in a XFX mobo with only 2Gb of RAM and it screams. The stock fan is even a decent fan if you are not overclocking. I average 47C on all cores while working under normal conditions, and around 53C while gaming. I will be getting a OEM fan and then the overclocking will begin.

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard I had NO problems with getting Mythbuntu up and running on this MB. Quality looks good and as I said everything just worked. And with an E7500 CPU it really screams. Not problems at all with HD even without extra video card - but since I wanted to record two channels simultaneously besides viewing, I bought a Galaxy 9600GT which mates nicely with the MB and does the job admirably.

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard I was looking to upgrade an old P4 class box due to bios issues and I found that this board had waht I wanted at the right price. The only glitch I have found so far is that when you begin to add a lot of USB devices it tends to hang during the POST. I just disconnected one USB device from the port then it boots very fast. This issue may not be a board issues but something I did not do in the bios setup. Otherwise nice board.

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard Nothing fancy. But it works great! I've bought two of them in the last few months and they do their job well! The board makes it relatively simple to overclock stuff, which is good. But it only has one IDE connection, which is bad if you have older parts. Also, the RAM used with this board is kind of hard to find. Overall, good board with good price!

I shipped back and haven't got replacement but it's on the way. I can't wait to see her surprise this will be a pretty nice computer and she has no idea it's coming
