Gigabyte G41M-ES2L Motherboard This board is not compatible with XP no service pack disks and some OEM disks. If you have Vista or W7 you may be fine but XP can have problems.

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L w/ PDC E5300 CPU Worked out of the box, I'm impressed with the performance. the north bridge does run hot, but I super clued a fan on it and it works cool now.

There was a slight confusion with the SATA,IDE bridging protocols but this is not out of line with other chipsets and manufacturers. The fabrication quality is impeccable in true G-B fashion. Excellent value for the dollar.
