Was skeptical by purchasing this mouse but i dosent regret it,it was about time to replace my old 400DPI IBM mouse who did many wars.this mouse really fit well in the hand buttons well placed too good feel.the only 2 cons i have is if u lift it just a little it dosent track anymore and the DPI settings are not precise its 400-800-1200-1600-2000-2400-2800-3200 (bit hard to tweak on windows)

Comment:
Purchased this to replace a cheap MS PS/2 mouse for a relative. I own a Logitech G9 and G9X myself and this mouse holds up quite well to the G9 for the price. Tracks well on a cheap mousepad and feels good in the hand as well.Recommend for gamers and casual users on a budget.

Gigabyte GM-M6900 7 Button Wired Dual Lens Optical Gaming Mouse 3200DPI LED Display Gold Plated USB
Cons:The only downside to this mouse and the reason I gave it 3 stars was because I personally don't use a mouse pad. The last super cheap optical mouse I used didn't require me to use a pad on my desk. This mouse does not work AT ALL without some form of pad or paper. I am using it on a wooden desk, which has been fine for every other optical mouse I have owned except this one. I also find that I need to press down hard with the mouse to get the smoothness out of the cursor or else it gets jumpy, maybe this is due to a faulty product?

Pros:Does what it says, cheap and affordable OPTICAL gaming mouse. Don't confuse it with a high end laser precision gaming mouse.
Comment:
Not a bad mouse, worth the $25 but I am personally having more problems than I have ever had with a $5 generic cheap optical mouse bought anywhere.

Pros:Low PriceSwitchable DPIResponsive
Comment:
I was searching for a replacement mouse. I first tried out a Thermaltake gaming mouse with adjustable weights and such but found it was too blocky and large. This Gigabyte mouse is better suited to the shape of my hand and feels better (more like a Logitech).Overall I like this mouse and will probably keep it until I wear it out. If you like the size and feel of the Logitech then this mouse will be great if you dont mind it being a little bigger.

It's my first non-generic mouse and I'm happy with it so far. It's smooth and accurate. My only complaint is the shape is not the best and my hand doesn't fit 100% on it.

Got this mouse to replace my previous Failsoft (Micro) Bluetrack mouse who's wheel's rubberized bit literally wore off and snapped after a mere 6 months (rubbish!) but wanted 2 mice, one wired one wireless, this is my wired choice and I'm rather happy with it!Just to make it clear, only the place where your right thumb (assuming you're right handed...sorry south paws!) rests is rubberized and its kinda annoying actually due to the 'steps' built into the rubber (check out pictures for a better idea) but I got used to them already. As mentioned in the cons the 3 red LED strips don't light up unless you choose to use your mouse on maximum DPI (I don't need that when I'm gaming to be honest) otherwise you only get the very bottom strip lit up all the time.the scroll is smooth and the rubber part of it is SUPER well built, I can see it'll definitely outlast the previous Bluetrack Microsoft one by miles. This mouse does stretch your hand a bit, I have a medium to large sized hand but its not overly uncomfortable, sure it doesn't fit in your hand perfectly snug but you still feel like you have full control of it, small handed people may want to look elsewhere though.Honestly the only tic I have about this mouse is those little rubber steps in the grip, and that it's wired, it would make a great mouse for gaming on the HDTV if it didn't need to be plugged into the computer.Overall I was satisfied with this product and would probably purchase it again as my wired mouse of choice in a budget price range, which price matched (amazingcelluar has it low!) is only 22 bucks!

Gigabyte GM-M6900 7 Button Wired Dual Lens Optical Gaming Mouse 3200DPI LED Display Gold Plated USB
Cons:My sensor keeps getting blocked in my environment, I assume dust or hair is getting in there. Makes for a poor experience. Other mice I've had here haven't had this problem. Maybe an issue with this particular mouse, it usually goes away if I spray the sensor with canned air.

Pros:Nice shape, comfortable, nice sensor. Adjustable DPI is handy. Is a great mouse when it is working well.
Comment:
I would be wary about buying this mouse again. I tried it because it was one of the cheapest I could find with a sensor as good as this one, but it really does feel cheap compared to my Saitek Rat at my other computer.

Cons:slow dpi

Pros:comfortablethumb indent has grip material, really nice featureI personally like red over blue
Comment:
I got this free with the NCIX PC Build option and i must say this mouse is actually quiet nice, the red led lights are not overpowering like my creative mouse. The Grippy material in the thumb indentation makes the mouse really comfortable to use for hours on hours my only beef would have to be the slow dpi compared to other mid/low end gaming mice. Also teh scroll wheel can be also clicked left and right

Cons:2 of the buttons listed are the scrollweel's tilt functionsthe side buttons are only recognized as a single button in game (though the software lets them work as separate buttons in windows...maybe disabling the software would solve the problem?)dpi switch takes some getting used to for in-game switchingnot the most weighted mouse (feels a little light and delicate despite its appearance)software not included with mouse (download from Gigabyte website)Right-handers only (sorry lefties!)

Pros:Feels good in your hand (mine anyway)Rubberized grip prevents sticky hand-gunk buildup (so less cleaning)Dpi switch for quick dpi adjustments with software customizationTechnically seven buttonslong USB cableLooks downright sexy
Comment:
All in all, a very well equipped and well balanced mouse for $30.00. Snatch while you can though, not sure if it will be worth it at $40.All cons are easy to live with, and the quality of the mouse itself, combined with its price, features, and excellent accuracy make this a must buy for anyone who doesn't have any decent multi-button mouse and needs something better.
