Cons:- Lacking good fan control- Not matte black PCB like other Z97X boards

Pros:- Features- High quality digital VRM with nice IR PWM controller and decent PowerPAK MOSFETs from Vishay- New Gigabyte BIOS

Comment:
Overall a great mATX Z97 board. There aren't a lot of high end board choices aside from the Gene, Gryphon and Z97M Gaming, but this board is far superior to the Gaming for less and is a good alternative to Asus if you are willing to do a bit of manual tweaking.i7-4790K8GB XPG 1.0R9 280X
