I bought two of these to speed up my aging laptop. They was easy to install and I immediately saw a hudge difference in my laptops preformance. I replaced the original 512MB memory with 2GB of memory. Now I can multitask with being slowed down. I would love to add more memory but my computer only supports 2GB.

I got 2 of these to use with my HP TC4200 Tablet PC only to find out that these are dual channel and the HP accepts single channel. I had a macbook lying around and I popped these 2 sticks in there and its working fine.

The memory works great. Computer is faster. I went from 512MB to 1GB. However I couldn't use the original memory stick with the new memory because my compurter wouldn't recognize it. I should have had 1.6GB of memory but only the 1GB stick was recognized.
