Extremely inexpensive RAM upgrade for my new Dell Vostro A860 laptop. Took much less than a minute to install the RAM and I noticed a boost in speed immediately. Vista is extremely memory-hungry, so this upgrade was necessary. Also, you can\'t beat the NewEgg cost either. No cons.

Kingston works just about every time. In no way had a DOA or fail. None I've applied Kingston for much better than 10 years. I strayed twice from Kingston in the past month, for a lower value, and tried Cr____l for 2 separate systems. Both times got DOA memory. I'll never ever stray from Kingston once more. Bought this for my mini 9. Works great following replacement of 512MB RAM. Very first unit arrived crushed/destroyed by the shipper. Not Newegg issue and Newegg fixed with speedy RMA. Thanks Newegg. None Despite the fact that mini 9 will slow the 800 RAM down to the mini's clock speed this RAM will still perform and for the cost it was a inexpensive and easy upgrade

My pc recognized it immediatly following s reboot and its speed up my laptop 100%. I put it in a Dell 1521 that came with Vista and 1gig stock. Now ive got windows 7RC and 2gigs and it is running beautifully None yes

Low-cost, works good. First one I got was DoA, had to send it back for RMA. Second 1 is operating excellent. Got it for my HP Mini 1115NR and replaced the original 1GB of RAM. Now it's maxed out at 2GB.
